I’m honestly not sure where to begin, because this entire experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I initially tried to purchase this PC directly from Skytech’s website, but it was listed as sold out. I then went to Skytech’s Amazon store page and found the exact same PC in stock — except it was $300 more expensive. Somehow it’s unavailable on their own website but available on Amazon at a higher price. When I questioned this, I was told Skytech “doesn’t control” their Amazon store page, which makes no sense considering it is branded as their official store. When the PC finally arrived, the problems only got worse. The M.2 SSD was dead on arrival. The system would not boot from it at all. Customer support took several days to respond. One representative initially told me they would send out a replacement drive. Then, four days later, I received another email saying I must first ship the dead drive back before they would send a replacement. On top of that, I was informed that if the drive is damaged during shipping, I would be charged for it. That is completely unreasonable — the drive is already dead and non-functional, and now I’m expected to take responsibility if anything happens to a defective part while returning it. Timeline matters here: • Ordered: 12/26 • Delivered: 12/31 • As of 1/5, I still cannot use the PC I paid for Because of a defective M.2 drive and a slow, confusing warranty process, I’ve had a brand-new computer sitting unusable for days. That is unacceptable for a premium prebuilt system. At this point, I plan on returning the entire unit and purchasing from a different company. If I could give zero stars, I would. Within a week the temperature display for the CPU & GPU on the case stopped working. I can, however, see the temps on the Zeus Cast app installed on the PC. Within a month the dedicated keyboard USB port on the rear of the case stopped working. Swapped USB ports and the keyboard functions properly. Waiting to see what's next to stop working! The PC exceeds my expectations on doing what it's intended to do but the issues described are annoying and worrisome. Tech support finally got in touch with me after about a month or so after initially reaching out. They walked me through a bunch of steps and we finally got the issues resolved. Everything works after forcing some resets. Would I buy this PC again - initial thoughts were no, but since tech support helped me get the issues resolved - maybe. ... show more

The whole thing sounds like a car engine. It's not the fans so might be faulty hardware or coil whine. Kept getting worse and worse, so forced to return it.
