I have had a young armadillo digging into my back yard in several places and making a mess of my flower beds. Most of the fence has rock under it but around the gate sides it was able to dig under. I installed these in the places it kept digging and no more armadillo digging into my back yard. I highly recommend if you have any kind of critter digging under a fence! ... show more

There was effort for me since I am 62 and have bad hand grip, however, well worth it...if you are accurate with a heavy hammer it will be easier too...i used a rubber mallet and damaged the mallet and had to use more muscle to drive them in. They are long enough to secure the bottom of my fence or for campers, your tents will be fine! ... show more

Used these to secure a swingset - worked out perfect. I did double up the bars placing one through each side driving them in with a rubber mallet - sucker is sturdy now!
