We got this for our son who is older but small and disabled. He loves his car. My only complaint is at 4'10" the shoulder straps don't work for him i wish they were longer otherwise it is perfect.

My son loves this ride on car. Its pretty fast but the 3 speeds make it manageable for him. The 4x4 makes it pretty capable. The remote range is just ok. There were a couple issues with the car. But the seller fixed the issues quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy other products from this company.

Edited: It took some time but the seller did eventually have new motors shipped to us and provided a video with directions on how to replace them. It was great for the first few rides. Our 4 year old loved it! It cruised through our backyard with ease. Then it broke, and it now has a hard time moving forward with the same amount of speed and makes a loud clicking sound. I contacted customer service and was happy to get a quick reply saying it sounded like broken motors they’d send new motors. Great! Then the motors never came. They said they got stuck at customs. They claimed to have sent them a second time, again stuck at customs. Now they’re asking if they can send a second hand car in a different color than the one we ordered, which was our son’s favorite color. So how almost 2 months later we still have a broken car. Now we are ordering and paying for another one with no help from the company because our 4 year old is devastated that his blue birthday car has been broken.

Not starting even though charged for few hours. I bought in June 2024 but it stopped working before this June. I m not sure how to fix it . ------- After I received the parts from Seller, the car started running fine. The seller is able to fix the issue by sending right part along with how to video. The media could not be loaded. This car is AWESOME. My 7 year old grandson is having the time of his life driving it. After a couple hours of use my daughter thought the battery died so she charged it but that wasn’t the problem. The car ran using the remote but wouldn’t go when pressed the pedal. I emailed customer support and received a quick response. They shipped a new pedal and switch with video instructions on how to replace the parts. The switch was the problem and now he is back driving his car just as happy as day one. Thank you for the great customer service.
