Had an error while it was loading. First, turn on right out of the box. Kept rebooting. Spent hours trying to search for fixes. When finally loaded, said windows not activated. Finally figured out where that was. Found when browsing would just randomly say it had an error, then reboot. Download Steam and then one game. Tried to play the game and after a few minutes screen would go blank and would reboot. Sending it back. So going to be without a PC for a week or two due to having to mail it back to get a refund so I can purchase a working PC (what a hassle). I am sure I just got a dud. The few minutes I was able to play a game the graphics were awesome. Really just not a good experionce.... ... show more

Its a great plug and play straight out of the box. I have had no problems with it yet. The only thing i would recommend was upgrading your RAM. The system is setup so that you can upgrade the parts very easily. I bought 32gb of ram to upgrade and it i working perfectly. It is a great starter pc for people just getting into pc gaming and it is a very great play. It can run all the games i've been playing perfectly and its been very good. After hours of shopping around, I finally found this Skytech Azure 3. It is a really good price for the hardware it comes with. It came in exactly as described and very well packaged. The instructions were a little unclear, but there is a little tab on the big glass side panel that just pulls straight out and up to remove. It has been very quiet and has not gotten hot at all from playing Warzone. I am very impressed and couldn’t recommend this prebuild more for any beginner that is wanting a good PC. ... show more

The GPU is somehow lower performance than a standard GTX 1650. Not sure why. I have one in another system I own with an older processor that performs noticeably better (not by a generation or anything, but very noticeable). I was excited to about this PC. Quiet, quick boot up, good performance, easy to set up. However,PC did not come with a power cord and box was damaged. If it was not for the missing power cord and damaged box this would be 5 star review.
