    • Skycore support is effectively non-existent; you are on your own if you purchase these scooters.
The scooter is fine - I purchased the S3 model - but Skycore support is non-existent. They do not reply, even weeks after sending emails to the address indicated in the manual. I lost one of the bolts that hold the handlebars to the steering column; I do not have a way to get a replacement so far.

IT'S SOLID, VALID, GENUINE and LEGIT !!! although mine came f'd up with various bumps & bruises missing parts (probably not new) (a return?) it is a ass kicking scooter !!!

    • One big problem that’s it other then that good scooter
The media could not be loaded. This is a good scooter at least when it works working perfectly fine the fist turned it on max speed 22 miles per hour what and now am trying to fix the issue and if it is fixed good scooter if no a waste of money trash

Big and heavy. Wheels so tight it affects the speed. The fact that I have to do work on it when it’s brand new supposedly is ridiculous. I think I got someone’s return scooter, on arrival it was beat up and dirty. Wire was already exposed.
