I made the mistake and decided to go to Claire's to get my cartilage pierced. I got three piercings in my left ear. Well, they didn't get infected, but my ear was basically growing around the jewelry. The jewelry was cutting into my skin. I went to a piercer and he recommended H2O ocean to me. It did a lot better than what the Claire's solution did, especially since it wasn't made of harsh chemicals, but it didn't do the job. It cleaned my piercings very well, but I have always had a reaction to salt water. Once I cleaned my ears, it made them extremely itchy. I would understand if my ears got irritated because they got hit, but at times they didn't. The bumps remained. I couldn't really get them to go away. I was honestly debating on getting this other solution for keloid bumps. The piercer I went to said I had keloids. I don't. My cartilage were just so damaged. Once I started using this solution, not only did my ears not itch anymore, but the bumps also went away. There is one bump left though, but it has shrunk immensely. I'm so happy I read the reviews. My piercings have never looked this good. If you're having issues with H20 ocean, I recommend this solution. It's cheaper and you get more of it (roughly $16 per 4 oz H20 ocean; $13 per 8 oz of this solution), but it also doesn't irritate your skin if you are typically affected by salt water. I live in FL and don't go to the beach for that reason. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I absolutely LOVE this spray! All SkinSmart sprays have the same ingredients so I chose this one for the slim bottle. I have trouble fitting the wide bottles in my medicine cabinet. This spray is so affordable & is comparable to a popular hypochlorous acid spray in an orange bottle sold at a much higher price point for much less product. I use it on my face & body, on any eczema flare ups, on cuts, on racshes, on burns, on a stye, basically everywhere! I highly recommend this brand for its affordable price point, quality, & effectiveness.

This is the BEST stuff! I recently pierced my nose, and wanted to keep it clean without touching it. This stuff works so well, and it helps stop any itching or irritation. It also acts as a great all-over facial toner to help heal blemishes and abrasions, which is a bonus! I will continue to purchase this product for life! I hope they never change the formula! Note: it does smell a bit like chlorine water, but the benefits outweigh the slight smell (which dissipates quickly). Just get it; you won’t regret it!

I needed an ear piercing spray fast for my second and third lobe. The studio didn’t give me one and I have ears that love to get red, or even mild infections after piercing. So I knew I needed something more than water because frankly eat care is tedious and I don’t always have time to water wash them several times a day. My studio says water & soap is best. I agree, but when infection starts I want something that’s going to work extra hard to avoid a big problem. I read this had a bleach smell. I looked up all the ingredients and while it has a derivative of bleach compound it’s not the same thing; and a review said it reeked like bleach. There is the slightest antiseptic smell but it didn’t bother me at all. This has worked great and I’m really happy with it. My ears are healing extremely well with no pain or dryness. It also stops itching while they heal.

I have a few large tattoos that I got before I discovered this spray, and they all healed fine, but I am a clean/germ freak, so I keep things very clean, and take a lot of care when dealing with new tattoos. Now, I am having a full sleeve worked on, and this spray is amazing. I have very sensitive skin, but this spray feels like you are spraying on water, and gives me so much peace of mind that I am keeping potential bacteria at bay since we have three cats, a dog, and two kiddos all over the house, and all of the furniture all the time. I use this 2-3 times per day, and always AM and PM after washing my tattoo, and before applying moisturizer/butter, etc. I had a large part of my lower arm done for my sleeve recently, and it was my first time using this spray. Although I heal well, and without issues, the healing time for previous tattoos has been fairly average, and I have noticed that this spray seems to have sped up the healing process compared to my other tattoos. Of course, this means getting to the itchy part sooner, but it is totally worth it.

I really don't want to praise this product because I know how it goes then. Everyone will buy it up. Well I really need this for my piercings cause I have a terrible time healing them. This has helped so much in just two uses. I'm not even two weeks yet on my vertical labret and it looks amazing. Yet just this morning it was red and my lips were severely chapped. If not for the little bit of bruising I still have you would think it was a fully healed piercing tonight. 5 stars
