The packaging is professional and they were packed so well along with a thank you card, but I can't justify buying more when the price has increased so abruptly. The colors of these tumblers are bright and vibrant. Even the box they arrived in were gorgeous. I originally spent about $43 to receive 12 tumblers. Unfortunately it appears they e raised the price by $20 which doesn’t really prompt me to purchase through them when there are so many competitors. Overall good product and great to make for gifts.

These are so cute! I added some vinyl to them. Only removing 1 star because it would be great to order single colors. I need 5 blue so I would need to order 5 boxes. Update: I’m taking two stars away because they get stained easily and seem impossible to get clean again. Also, if adding vinyl be careful because it doesn’t seem to hold up too well. I won’t sell them because of these reasons. Now I just give them as gifts but I use a heat gun to try to get the decal to be more “permanent.”

Loved this product ! I paid around $40-$45 ! The colors are pretty and it looks even better with vinyl decal, but the price has almost doubled and I no longer think it is worth buying again ! Update: Most Vinyl won’t adhere well on these tumblers. Also within a few uses the tumbler separated

These cups are getting wayyyy to much attention... are they nice? Yes, but they price has increased about $20 a case. I understand supply and demand but many customers were purchasing these before they became to popular ... mostly due to tik tok. They should honor the old pricing for customers who have been purchasing for months

I have now ordered two of the Skinny Matte Tumblers. Each tumbler came individually wrapped in bubble wrap and were all packaged in a nice sturdy box. The colors are beautiful and I love the matte colors. I bought these for a bachelorette party and plan on putting names on them! I loved them so much that when I saw they were low in stock I ordered more, just because I'm obsessed with them and I figure I'll find a use for them in the future. Unfortunately, this time around UPS delivered them to the wrong town. I contacted customer service and THEY WERE AMAZING. I always get nervous with customer service because I feel like it can be very unpredictable and sometimes I feel like they get annoyed with me. But Karen was great! She responded to my e-mail right away, was understanding and very helpful. Beautiful quality tumblers AND good customer service! I'm so happy with this purchase and I will 100% buy from this company again.

I bought these for my bridesmaid's gift on my wedding day. I was hesitant with so many different reviews, but I am so glad I purchased these. They came in a bright and fun box with each cup wrapped in plastic then in bubble wrap twice. Each cup was then separated by a cardboard divider. The straws came in a separate baggie and a thank you card on top. The colors were fun and bright and the straws and lids matched perfectly. I have not tried them to see if they leak out of the screw-on the lid yet, but they had a seal on the lid so I am confident. I would definitely purchase these again!

Really nice tumblers, great for adding a little extra to them to sell but they are getting so expensive that now we have to find other ones to sell. I understand the sellers want to make more money but most of us purchasing them are customizing them and selling for a few bucks more, you can't really sell these for much more to make a profit if they are being sold for $100 a box now when just a few weeks ago they were $60. Good luck selling them at these prices.
