The media could not be loaded. Spent a lot of money on this bed, the headrest broke within 5-6 mos of purchase. Got a new headrest, same thing happened to the new one, same exact spot and side. Clearly there is an issue with the weld or rivet. I never even adjust the headrest, so the fact that this keeps breaking is concerning. I could understand if I adjusted it constantly-but I have only adjusted it 3-4 times total. However the way the bracket broke, u can’t use the headrest at all unless it’s repaired. I could not be happier with the quality of this chair, its worth the investment. Why I choose this chair over others. 1. RESER button. I’m able to sit my clients up after a service while doing other things 2. ROTATION. I have a small room about 200sq. And theres time I want to turn the chair and not be limited to one side. I love this feature. 3. HEIGHT: I am able to raise my client up so much more than my previous chair, so now I don’t have to hunch my neck. This was honestly the number 1 reason why I wanted a new chair. 5. TILT: this is a feature I didnt think I would need but now that I have used it I realize how beneficial it is. When you have a client in a sitting position and you do a slight tilt back they are able to feel so much more comfort while sitting. It relieves so much back pressure 4. QUALITY. This chair was built with quality. You can see the designer and manufacture thought of everything. This table is a liability. Headrest broke during treatment. Luckily my client did not get injured. Parts take 8 to 10 weeks. Avoid or else prepare the consequences of being sued

I rarely leave reviews, but this was a big purchase for me and more reviews are needed on this item. I’ve had this chair for a little over 6 months now, I absolutely love it. It’s incredibly comfortable and easy to maneuver. Clients are constantly telling me how nice it is, the armrest are shocking comfortable too. My average client spends about 5 hours In this chair per day and I have zero complaints. I tried chairs at other providers offices both more and less expensive and they don’t stack up. One doctor I work with spent nearly 10k on his chair and it’s not even as nice as this one. The company that sells this was very responsive and proactive, they updated me several times about delivery and other things. ... show more

This chair allows me to put my customers in a relaxing position and bring them up to a height where I’m not bent over hurting my back.
