We had a professional put it together, and I would suggest that, as there are many tweaks that are important for the bike to last a long time and ride well.

If I could rate this seller a zero, I would. This bike was sold as being electric with 7 manual speeds meaning it has a derailleur system that accommodates this but it only has 1 manual speed and 3 electric assist speeds. This is false advertisement. We were unable to perform the first step in the assembly process because the arm would not clear the tire because of manufacturer error and we were instructed to deflate the tire to proceed. They take no accountability and refer all issues to their “engineers” for resolution. I will not be purchasing from this seller again and will no longer purchase any big ticket items from Amazon. Having to work directly with these types of sellers is stressful. I had to pay a bike expert $175 to help me discover all of the pitfalls associated with this e-bike. After communicating with the seller for several days, the seller made the decision to issue me a FULL refund for my purchase and I was permitted to keep the bike. I appreciate the seller’s willingness to consider my concerns and resolve the issue.

The manual says to put the front tire on with the break disc on the right. It should say on the left. I put it on the right, and as the front wheel is the power wheel, the bike started going backwards. I would also recommend getting an extra battery, so you have a back up if you are on a long trip, or you commute more than 15 miles a day.

This is not as advertised. the milage "up to 80 miles" is compley faulse. I rode the bike for 6 maybe 7 miles and the battery died. please explain how this trike could go any where near 80 miles??

Assembly was tolerable. Overall it's a nice trike for the money. You can pay more but you're not guaranteed a better trike than this one. I'm happy with my purchase and hope it lasts me a long time.
