Skar Audio engineered the SDR-1X10D2 single 10-inch loaded vented subwoofer enclosure as a simplified solution to add a competition-grade subwoofer system in your vehicle, without the guesswork involved in designing the system from scratch. This loaded enclosure features one of our powerful SDR-10 D2 1,200 watt max power 10-inch subwoofers, which arrives pre-loaded and wired up inside of the custom single 10" vented enclosure. The enclosure features a unique kerf port design, allowing for extreme levels of bass output. Furthermore, the enclosure is finished in premium grade black carpet for a sleek appearance and features the Skar Audio logo in white on the top surface of the box. This enclosure was engineered by Skar Audio specifically for the subwoofer that is loaded in it, ensuring perfect sound and compatibility. Every subwoofer is different, and it is so critical when buying a subwoofer to ensure that the subwoofer and enclosure are an ideal match, or you will lose sound quality and output. With this loaded subwoofer enclosure model, all of those concerns are eliminated, making it easier than ever to add powerful aftermarket bass to your vehicle. The subwoofer comes pre-wired and loaded inside of the enclosure allowing for an easy and hassle free installation. The media could not be loaded. After correctly breaking in the speaker for a couple weeks and then slowly turning up for the next three to four weeks I've had it for about 2 months or less now the speaker is very impressive I got the 10 in D2 loaded enclosure one ohm. For anyone that saying they blow they are either putting too much power to or something I was a little weary when reading reviews before I bought. I hope this second review will help people that are undecided to go ahead and get this product while it's still cheap I paired my SDR 10D2 with Top Gear 1500 watt 1 channel class D which is definitely too much power I would not recommend that amp but it does push a true 1500 watts on one channel. Also after breaking it in wanted a little more I paired that with a 10in cheaper Kicker Comp and that made all the difference. After using it everyday and pushing it pretty hard and tuning it more I hope anybody that runs across this review buys what they want I do recommend getting the loaded enclosures they are built for the speaker you can't get any better plus they're beautiful and all you do is hook it up. For the money this is amazing. I'm just now getting back into stereos after 10 plus years I had the mmats class D High current 1700 watt amp with two 12-in Rockford power hx2s in an eight cubic foot box made from Rockford box spec web page, and yes it was very impressive but was close to 3 $4,000 I bought this set up for under 300. You can hear my truck coming blocks away you can feel it in your chest you cannot see out of your rear-view mirror! Very impressive for the money I will definitely be adding another one. I did not even buy their top quality sub and I feel like I did! Don't be the guy that leaves a bad review because you broke it in wrong hopefully you get it in or remote for your game that tells you when you're clipping run at low Bass for a couple weeks burping it here and there I'm not going to lie I was a little rough on mine I'm a Believer in break it in how you're going to use it but the reviews had me worried. So to sum it up my opinion for anybody bye loaded enclosures do not overpower the sub and break it in for at least two weeks and then slowly ramp it up for the next 3 weeks ... show more
