First looking at them your like 127 buck sub they won’t be big. Boy was I wrong. 33lbs each. I got 2 ddx 10 and a ported box. Powered by a skar RP 1200 mono 137 buck amp too. They bang but I am in break in period so I Make sure you hook them up as a 2ohm not 1 ohm. Took me a little bit so I did not drop ky amp from 1 ohm stable to .5 ohm stable the manufacturer does not recommend it or Will warranty it! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. If installed properly and paired with the right amp this thing really Knocks! I have it paired with a skar audio amp That's rated at 1000 Watts RMS and this thing is serious. I bought a Rockville rvb12 all-in-one 12 inch sub that came with a box and an amp already in it just for a quick and easy upgrade to my sound system. This thing completely poops on it lol the Rockville barely made my rearview mirror shake. This thing, however, has my rearview mirror twerking to every song. If you want a pretty inexpensive speaker that will give you rattling base that you can actually feel definitely get this. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Like the title says these are great for the money, but for around the same price, I’d opt for a competitor called NVX specifically their carbon lineup, if you get the DDX’s don’t overpower them or put them in a box way below recommended (I had them overpowered and in a box tuned to 28hz) or the surround (the rubber moving bit) will tear but with the NVX Carbon 10’s they take the power better and are less inclined to tear thanks to the specs of the sub. ... show more

If you break these in properly they are awesome after breaking mine in correctly I'm now smashing a PPI monoblock 1500 watts RMS @ 1 ohm for days now this sub drills rattling my Lexus to pieces people can't believe one 10" in 2 cubic square feet turbo port box is this loud I'm either gonna get another ddx or a evl we'll see how much more abuse the ddx can take . Update: all these people giving bad reviews don't know how to properly break subs in. Im still abusing it months later ... show more
