It's a nice piece of gear for an affordable price. Clear screen, touch responsive and pretty easy to install....sounds good...not really anything to complain about. Their customer service is great. If you send them an email they will send you a boot logo of your car make and they even allow you to get up to 4 different custom wallpapers if you want. Just put it on a USB drive. Love' Love' Love' this system so much so I'm buying one for my daughters birthday. The built in mic is way better than my wife stock system in her jeep. The video quality is outstanding and your phone works for calls on Bluetooth or with the USB. I hook my phone up to mirror with the USB and then I can play my music from amazon google or YouTube plus map at the same time.. You will need the right mounting hardware and wiring harness if needed. this comes with trim and mounting hardware but its not for all vehicles. a wire crimper and red 22-18 butt connectors. The wires are all ready striped just pull on the end-it My did flash back and forth from day and night when I turned on the headlights. That is cause by interference from my truck wiring not this radio. Just turn off the auto headlights setting if this happens. Great unit, hundreds less than other brands that have less features. This is the second unit I’ve purchased from them, and will again when I need another. Do yourself a favor and order an external mic, the built in mic picks up road noise and when on a call other person says volume is low and hard to hear. The unit is easy to install, and works well. The only complication is the process of getting a firmware update, it requires sending photos and information to the manufacturer. They take that info and email back the update. I would prefer to see the updates on a website and choose the correct one.

Easy to install, great quick customer service, works great. I put this in my 2005 F350. The reverse camera wire could be a little long and you will need the cord adopter kit for the dash and wiring.
