  • Well made
Color: Mint Green w/ Black Seat/Grips Size: 24" / 3-speed Pattern Name: Bike
I received my bike today and except for a few scratches in the handle bar it’s perfect. Seems to be very well made and I love the color which is mint green. Can’t wait to go riding on the trail nearby

  • super comfy ride
Color: Teal Blue w/ Black Seat/Grips Size: 26" / 7-speed Pattern Name: Bike
I was in the market for a cruiser after having a hybrid bike for some time. I wanted a more comfortable, upright ride with a cushy seat and I found it! This bike is not only super cute, but extremely well made and provides a super comfy ride. I am very happy with my purchase!

  • Fun styling and colors with very high quality components-WINNER!
Color: Mint Green w/ Black Seat/Grips Size: 26" / 21-speed Pattern Name: Bike
The bike arrived very well packaged without any damage. It was for the most part ready to ride. Install front wheel, handlebars, seat and rear rack. Ready...just twist and tighten the pedals. Shimano components, worked without any tweaking or adjustment required. Highly recommend.

  • 5-star bike, 4-star instructions, 5-star service
Color: Teal Blue w/ Black Seat/Grips Size: 26" / 7-speed Pattern Name: Bike
I bought the 26” / 7-speed version of the Around The Block Women’s Cruiser for my wife for Christmas. Most importantly, she loves the bike 😊! TL;DR: Minor issues with shipment handling and documentation. Made up for with excellent service! Assembly went fairly well despite the instructions being intended for a slightly different model of the bike. The differences were not so vast that I couldn’t figure it out. A larger issue was with the front wheel when it arrived. It was bent so much that it would rub on the brake pads with enough force that the wheel wouldn’t spin freely past one rotation. I took the bike to a local bike shop for a tune-up and asked if they could make the wheel true. They were not able to fix it and stated the wheel was bent too much. I suspect the bent wheel was due to UPS handling. They were not too kind to the shipment because the box had a hole in it from apparent rough handling. And, the delivery person paid no attention to the clear instructions on the box stating “DO NOT LAY THIS BOX FLAT” as the box was laid flat on my porch. However, I contacted SixThreeZero and they sent a new wheel under the 30-day warranty which arrived in about a week. Their response was quick and the person I communicated with was very helpful. I was initially worried the replacement wheel would also be bent as it was shipped in a box that was way too big for the wheel and there was no packing material to keep it secure. It was in great shape though and replacing the bent wheel was straightforward. There were other minor issues too. The included documentation was dated with URLs that didn’t work. It was also not clear as to which model I should have selected to register the bike because none of the options on the SixThreeZero site aligned with the Amazon description. Another email to SixThreeZero asking which model I should select for registration was responded to within 8 minutes! So, after a free replacement wheel and some excellent customer service the bike is in great condition and I’d recommend buying from SixThreeZero. • Nice bike!
Color: Teal Blue w/ Black Seat/Grips Size: 26" / 1-speed Pattern Name: Bike
I purchased the teal 26” and absolutely love it. It arrived packaged extremely well and assembly was straightforward. The only issue is the front reflector. It’s different than what is pictured in the instructions and I haven’t checked it out on YouTube yet. Other than that, the ride is smooth and comfortable and the bike is light and easy to handle. I added the front basket and bike lock (below the seat). Great bike! ... show more

  • Good looking bike, but not what the manual shows
Color: Teal Blue w/ Black Seat/Grips Size: 26" / 7-speed Pattern Name: Bike
Purchased this as a gift. Box arrived after a few weeks and I was impressed opening it. The bike was well protected and included several well-labeled numbered boxes inside - plus a surprisingly thick book welcoming me to the "assembly experience" and coaching me through assembly with a fun approach. Plus another book with... pictures? And postcards.. oh! and a sticker? So, kudos to the marketing department I guess for trying to take a typically boring experience and trying to make it fun. It felt like a very customer-friendly "west coast" hip approach vs a more typical made-in-China assembly manual. But while that was great, what didn't help was the fact that it really didn't align with the bike I had actually purchased. Several items shown in the manual weren't the same as what was included or weren't attached the same way- like the front reflector. It also came with a few extra parts that weren't in the manual - one that I figured out for myself (a locknut cover for the handlebars) and one I couldn't identify. Weird. Based on that, I get the gripes about assembly, but I didn't really struggle. That said, I grew up riding bikes and fixed them constantly - and things haven't changed much in 30 years. :) If you've ever assembled a bike, changed a bike tire, or adjusted a seat, you'll probably figure it out. If not, this is a good way to learn. As for the bike itself, the 7-speed Derailleur was (surprisingly) perfectly aligned out of the box, as were the rear tire and brake. The front brake needed adjustment - but I felt the manual covered it. The paint quality seems very good - though some of the welds look a little sloppy. The chain and gears arrived completely un-lubricated - as were the brake cables - which was a little surprising. I felt expecting folks to have bike lubricant laying around was a bit much to ask - some should have been thrown in. But I threw some silicone lubricant on it until I can get something proper. The seat seems pretty comfortable. I'm a little worried about the handlebars as they lock to the front fork only through smooth metal-to-metal friction (as opposed to a milled -to-milled rougher surface). The front pedal sprocket looks like it's surprisingly thinner than I'm used to - but perhaps it doesn't need to be all that heavy. Overall though, everything out of the box seems to be correct, in working order, and I'm looking forward to riding with my wife. This bike will be kept at the beach which is notoriously hard on bikes, so I'm very curious how it holds up from a rust and corrosion perspective. ... show more

  • Probably great if they give you the right parts...
Color: Navy w/ Black Seat/Grips Size: 26" / 7-speed Pattern Name: Bike
I got this bike for my daughter because she loves the style, with cruiser handlebars and 7 gears. For most of you who order this bike, you will probably give it a 4 or 5-star review because assuming they give you the right bike with the right pieces, it is fairly easy to assemble, looks nice and works pretty well. I will say after having the bike a while I notice that the bike seat and handlebars will get loose and you really need to tighten the heck out of them and will still loosen over time. The bad- I got the bike, and the delivery only took 3 days, amazing! I started constructing the bike and when I was putting on the front wheel something did not seem right the brakes were not aligning right. After further inspection I noticed that the wheel I was given was not the right size, the bike I ordered had 26” wheels and the front wheel I got was 24”. So I call SixThreeZero to inform them of the error. They tell me they can get me a new wheel and should have it in a month,…. a month. I had got this for my daughters 14th birthday and a month was going to eat 1/3 of the summer she could be enjoying biking. After thinking a bit I was like wait I can order a whole new bike and get it in 3 days. So I say “How about I return this bike and just order a new one. I see it on Amazon and I can get it in 3 days” After customer service did some checking with their parts people, “you know what we can get you the new wheel next week.” I thought ok this is not great but probably easier than trying to return this bike, plus I already have it all built it, just need the front wheel. So I said “ok”. They emailed me that an order was made and I was able to check the order online. Upon checking the order a couple days later to see where my wheel was I noticed they did not enter my address correctly with transposed numbers in my street number (*sigh) so call them to have it corrected. They can correct it but because it was already out it will be delayed a couple days. Ok… I concede a couple more days. So after 7 days I do get a package. “Hooray!” it is my new wheel. I open the package and indeed it is the right size wheel “rim”, but what about the rest of it…? I mean did they think I just needed the rim and not the tube and tire? Ok maybe I could have been more clear but shouldn’t the people work there know how their bikes are shipped out, you know with the like the whole rim with tube and tire on the rim and even partially inflated I might add?? Ok time for another phone call. “Hello- yes I got the rim/ hub of the wheel, but I did not get the tube or tire of the wheel. To be clear I need the whole wheel, this time also noting it needs to be in the same style as the back tire on my bike as I don’t want them to be mismatched.” To be fair I have talked to customer service (now several times) there and they have been polite enough, but I am starting to get frustrated. So another order in , I wait a couple of days and see my order is still not out for delivery, after several online chats and phone calls asking why my order is not out, (also each time they say “oh we show the wheel delivered”,,” “no that was the other incomplete wheel, you will see there is another order right..” At some point they let me know it will go out in a couple of days, and I was like “You have got to be kidding me I ordered this bike two and a half weeks ago and still do not have a full bike, .. plus some further frustrated language nothing crude” Was able to get a call back and yes they would ship it out that day, you know just several days after they told me they were shipping it before. A couple of days go by , and this time got the whole wheel, it fit and everything and my daughter was able to enjoy her new bike. As a bonus I still have a 24” wheel and 26” rim in my garage so if they mess up your order and you need a 24” wheel probably faster to just reach out to me, lol. ... show more
