We purchased this item for Christmas for my 6 year because we had purchased one for my older daughter and it works well. Unfortunately the new one stopped turning on about 4 months after purchase. We followed the trouble shooting tips and when that didn't work, we contacted the seller for advice. They offered no help due to the product being past the 90 day return window. Honestly i'm very impressed it's been almost three years since i bought this product and i must say it didn't disappoint the kids love using that i have my daughter a seven my son now age time has been using it since he was seven and parents have been asking where I got it. It's easy to charge it's been hit and pumped the couple of times yet it's still works so i'm very impressed and how it's lasted this long. My daughter loves this! She is on it everyday. It took her about a day to learn and it was easier to learn to ride it inside rather than outside. The battery life seems pretty good but wish it lasted a little longer. When using continually I think it lasts about 30 minutes. Very sturdy and seems well made. I would recommend this Hoverboard.
