I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. We charged this and used very specifically per the manual. However, 6 months on, and the battery would not remain charged. The battery life had reduced on an average from 1.5 hrs. after a full charge to almost 15 minutes. This is unacceptable. No one should have to recharge hoverboard after merely 15 minutes of usage. I contacted the seller and received an email that they would not replace it. They did not even have the courtesy to inform me that it is still under warranty and what I should do now. I am very disappointed with the seller and Amazon. I am out of my money and now left with a piece of junk. I WOULD LIKE THE SELLER TO REPLACE THIS. The media could not be loaded. Purchased this for my daughter's 9th birthday and she couldn't be more pleased! The self balancing feature is incredible, which makes it much easier to step on and go. My daughter picks it up instantly, within 10 minutes she has the hang of it and was zooming from the living room, bed room, and to the kitchen. My husband even took it outside and rode it around the back yard! The Bluetooth capacity is another nice feature! She can enjoy her favorite songs while riding. The lights on the wheels are a great touch. Tons of fun for the entire family! The only problem is they no longer want to take a walk! Where do I start. First off, this was purchased as a gift for our daughter on her birthday, she has been begging us for one for years and on her birthday, she got to open it. Now with the review: 1.) amazon page states “300W dual motors”, the manual with this states 2 160W motors. 2.) amazon states “6-9 mph” manual says 10km/h who’s is about 6.2mph. It’s no where close to 9. In fact paced by a car with digital spedo shows this only goes 5 mph. I fell off leaning too far forward. 3.) amazon states weight is 260LBS, the manual show 200LBS, the device shows 154LBS. I’m pretty disappointed in the misrepresentation of the product, selling a product as equal to more reputable companies by misstating the motors, weight and speeds is a dirty trick. I’m surprised no one has noticed this. The devices is noted as a UL certified device as well, I wonder if that is a fraud. I noticed that the descriptions said not to buy from a couple suppliers, I wonder if it is because they sell the real thing? At 119.00 this was slightly more expensive than the cheapest 89.00 one. I expected this out of a 89.00 board not a 119.00 board. I’ll be happy to discuss this with the supplier ... show more

My 4-year old just practiced about 5 mins then she can enjoy the fun all by herself. We are so happy because she loves it! Pros: It is easy to play,fancy looking,reasonable price, high quality. I specifically purchased this hover board because the advertised rider capacity is 44 - 260 pounds, but what i was shipped has a clearly labeled maximum rider capacity of 154 pounds. If I noticed this before I gave it to my daughter for her birthday today, I would have definitely returned it for a product that was consistent with it's advertised specifications. My daughter is very happy with it, and it seems to function properly, but I question how long this will hold up given it has a substantially lower rider capacity and whether it really has a 2A hour battery. It would behoove anyone purchasing this hover board to verify the contents of the box are consistent with it's advertised description. ... show more

Christmas present for my 8 yr old, I read just about all the reviews before purchase, so I knew what to look for regarding every part of it.. iv had it for about 3 months so far & I have no complaints, the battery lasts about 2 hours outside considering it’s not being rode for the entire 2 hours straight. Since it’s cold outside my son rides it inside & battery lasts days.. lights are great & Bluetooth hooks up to his phone works great. I didn’t plan on anybody else using it because I didn’t want too much weight on it but my husband being 6 foot almost 200lbs can ride it with no problems.. also we bought the attachment for sitting on & riding, that is awesome, it makes the hover go wayyyyy faster, only downside is the attachment kills the battery, you get about 30 minutes total on the attachment. But still super fun. I would recommend this, & the go cart attachment, great present for a kid. I wouldn’t worry about the battery not lasting a crazy amount of time, the kids will really enjoy the time they get, & learn to charge it & take care of it. My son tried several hover boards, he loves this one best. It is stable, easy to control, and fancy. The battery lasts quite long. I highly recommend this one. Love it.

The media could not be loaded. This is low capacity Hoverboard , The specs came along with Package entirely different.. please see the attached picture. The new spec is pasted on top of the original spec in the manual. Update May 13: Also after using for more than hour , the unit does not get charged (please see the attached video after charging the unit for several hours, note that still connected for charging).. crappiest product I ever got from Amazon in last 10 years. Seller is awful , when I contacted Amazon for replacement, customer care told me that it is through market place and seller will contact me in 2 days, but there is no response after 3 days..
