Got this for my son in July he he didn’t have 5 hrs on it total and it just shut off. Checked the battery battery had a charge it just shut off and won’t turn back on. I suggest getting protection plan if you are gonna buy this. If not don’t buy it. I don’t know what to even do with it now. Just sits here and I’m a little annoyed i now have to buy a new one from a different manufacturer. ... show more

Excellent battery scooter for the price. Only thing I don't agree with is the battery power range. I seem to be getting an average of 12-13 miles on a full charge. Still well worth the money very happy with the product

Just received my electric scooter, I am tall so I chose the 10 inch. What attracted me to it was its sleek look and the rear shock absorbing system. Going over speed bumps or slightly uneven sidewalks, the bumps are not too strong and acceptable. When I was buying I saw they said it has 23 mph max speed and 36 miles range. But my ride experience was completely different, getting only 18 mph max. Overall build quality looks and feels much solid. Has some shock absorbing ability
