Got this today. Assembled it with ease. Had to use a different Allen tool as the one that comes with it is soft metal and strips. The motor on the listing says 600w but it doesn’t feel like it. I weigh 180lb and it’s a little sluggish, max speed on flat ground is about 16mph. When reading the directions it says 350w motor. Also the label on the bottom says Max Speed 15mph is about what I get. Not sure if they lie on the listing or not. It seems high quality and pretty solid. The Sisigad app won’t connect to it but when I use Orbital Sports app it connected. Doesn’t seem to track stuff very well though. Not sure if the app has to be open on your phone or it saves the data and downloads whenever you connect. I made sure the front tire was at 45-50psi. The brake light is a nice safety feature. I might return it and get something different.

The media could not be loaded. ⭐ 1/5 – Waste of $300 and horrible customer service DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUYYY PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THEY TRIED GIVING ME HUSH MONEY I spent $300 on this Sisigad scooter expecting something reliable, and instead got a completely defective product. Right out the box, it wouldn’t turn on or even function correctly. I followed all the setup steps, fully charged it, and tried everything to troubleshoot — nothing worked. When I reached out to customer service, they were completely unhelpful. I explained everything, sent videos and proof, and all they did was send generic responses and refused to replace or refund it. They basically left me stuck with a broken scooter and no real solution. For the price, this is absolutely not worth it. Save your money and go with a brand that actually stands behind their product. Sisigad clearly doesn’t.

So far this seems to be a great scooter for getting around town and getting back and forth to work on warmer days. Two downsides I have found are that the handlebars do not stay center aligned properly and frequently need to be adjusted. The other issue is why are you whining Otis off? Did I say that that there are no assembly directions with words and no directions for operation and use. Unfortunately I had to reach out via email for questions that were time sensitive and then had to wait for responses. This is a huge pet peeve of mine as it results in sub par customer service. Asking a simple question like how to turn in the headlight should not require a two day wait period for a response. That being said it is a comfortable and reliable product. My son ran out of battery charge and had to walk it home about a mile and a half, but that was his fault. I highly recommend not allowing it to run out of charge, it's super heavy and a slow go which is to be expected from a motorized vehicle.

I got this scooter about a month ago, and I absolutely love it! It’s smooth, reliable, and super fun to ride. The battery life is impressive, and it handles really well on different surfaces. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made recently. Highly recommend!

Very happy with this scooter, Great quality, and looks good...One happy son! It is perfect for children aged 12 and above, as well as teenagers and adults. The design of this scooter is impressive, it provides a personalized experience for beginners(My son and I are both beginners). With 3 speed modes, you can get started quickly. It is versatile and can be used on city streets, skate parks, or in the suburbs. It is worth mentioning that the front wheel is pneumatic and the rear wheel is solid. Make sure they are not too bumpy. The brakes of the scooter are sensitive and the ride is very smooth.

All in all I’m happy with the product. Disappointed that the lat screw that holds the handle bars doesn’t fit correctly. It rides alright, just disappointed that it doesn’t fit, but don’t want to go through the return hassle. Top speed is a little less than I’d like, with potential better incline climb torque. Saw about a top speed of 14-15. Definite slow down on incline, had to self propel multiple times. Battery life seemed like it drained faster than I’d imagined. Said I went 5 miles, but I would think it was only about 2.5-3. Was really looking forward to this new toy, but now I’m already left with a broken handlebar mount and a stripped screw.
