Actually surprised by the high quality and how sturdy it is. I use a giant spotting scope (Vortex Viper HD 20-60x85) on it for table top spotting. Super light. We'll see how it performs over time.

I have a Sirui Monopod and a travel Tripod. I have been impressed with the Sirui products so when I needed a mini tripod I bought this Sirui model. It is light but sturdy and comes with a carry bag. It fits easily in my camera bag and takes up very little space in a carry on bag. It is very easy to adjust the angle of the legs allowing it to go flat and all the way up to its full height. Perfect for getting low with a wide angle lens. I use the same ball head that I use on my tripod. If you need a little more height Sirui makes an extension that screws onto the tripod. It gives you an extra 10” or so. I bought one for my travel Tripod and can use it on my mini as well.

This tripod is indeed a fluid head. The only issue is you can't adjust the pan or up/down tension.. It's either in the locked or unlocked position. Other than that it's a great tripod. I quickly got used to using it. The head is very smooth.

Excellent tripod, I bought it to take nature photos at low altitude, practically lying on the ground. I use it to place my Sony 200-600 lens with a Sony camera as well and it does the job perfectly. It is very easy to transport and weight is not a problem. I am very satisfied with the versatility of the product as it can be set in 4 different positions. Perfect for photos almost at water level from the edge of a lagoon (be careful with crocodiles if you live in a place where they live) in my case I do not have that problem.
