If your a New Oculus 2 owner,and you unboxed your brand new VR headset for the first time and tried it on,you know what I mean. You purchased a $300 VR headset, and the way to secure it comfortably in place is with a cheap elastic strap!! It doesn't hold well,slips forward all the time,(causing the eyepieces to become blurry,)so you have to readjust every few minutes. Shame on you facebook !! Thanks to some people, who obviously knew this, and saw a need for something stable,comfortable and just plain BETTER, we have this product. It installs very easily. Just removbe the cheap white band, snap the new headband in place on both sides of the headset, and your done! Now you can crank this ALL the way out to the limit if you wear glasses,so you can actually get the device on without much effort. Just place the headset on your face by tilting it down, put your face in, with or without glasses, hold the headset to your face,and simply twist the dial at the back of the headstrap till its snug and comfortable!! Great product but I found another model that allows me to have a battery. Now I am having a hard time how to remove the side plastic pieces to the head that were snap in? 🙃 Is impossible! I see the video on how to put it on but not one to show how to remove It. Otherwise the strap is great.

The head band strap that comes with the Quest doesn't relieve pressure on the forehead and cheeks so that some of us were getting headaches from using it for even a short time. I saw a review of several different head straps and this one sounded pretty good. The price was definitely right! i bought two. one for my grandson for his Quest and one for mine. This makes the fit for smaller and larger heads much better. No more head strain. You still have to get used to the weight of the quest but this strap really helps relieve the stress on your forehead. You do need to make it snug which some folks don't seem to like but cmon ..its a big wonky set of goggles you have on your face ..get over it. ... show more

At first I requested a return on this item because the sides kept slipping out. Let me tell you that the instructions are very unclear and so confusing and I'm not the brightest and couldn't figure it out. The side arms have a hole in them, this is meant to be attached to the other portion of the device and click into place so it's attached and doesn't pop out. I thought I had a defective item because the side arms popped out every time I tried to tighten it around my head but my husband figured it out for me and fixed it. He decided to keep the "broken" one for himself ☺️ now that we know it's not broken or defective, I can say this is my favorite headband for my oculus. I have two others I purchased and somehow they never felt or fitted correctly. Totally recommend this item! ... show more
