These are so cute and comfortable. They definitely fit big. I usually wear a petite medium and had to return and get a petite small. The waistband is fairly adjustable with the tie. I love these pants. They can be a tad bit big. I am 5’4 and 125lbs. My first time ordering I got a S regular length. Second time around I got a XS and they fit better. I was having to roll the S to be a little tighter on me. They are high rise, and hit usually around my belly button unless I roll them. I have three other pairs of Carhartt scrub pants that the style has been discontinued, but I love, so I felt confident in buying these. They do not wear well, at all. I've worn and washed them only a handful of time and every time, they get pulls in them, which I've luckily mostly been able to work out. They are also pilling at the cargo pocket, where I put my phone and the zipper of my fleece jacket rubs. These were not the cheapest out there and I am disappointed in the quality of the fabric.
