The media could not be loaded. So here's the cliff notes as of 4/25/25 PURCHASED TAS UNITS -(1st one arrived damaged w/ a Bent grill & a broken sub bracket (Sent back for replacement) -(2nd one arrived with a faulty volume knob that fluctuates when touched (sent back for a replacement) REPLACEMENT TAS UNITS -(1st replacement arrived with a blown BLOWN sub driver (Sent back again for ANOTHER replacement, Rockville customer service claims it will be 'refurbished') -(2nd arrived with another BLOWN sub driver (Sent back for a refund) -(3rd arrived With another blown subdriver & on top of that it was damaged & unusable because of poor packaging - see photos, sent back for a refund) My final thought: After having the same experience with 5 used units, the answer is pretty clear ... The technicians who were in charge of inspecting these units when they're return clearly don't inspect them AT ALL Before putting them back into selling rotation (Even though they put a green sticker on it saying it was inspected). And that speaks volumes to me more than anything else... Because while I do like the Of the design the fact that sooo many of these used units arrive in such poor shape, makes me feel like these particularly units, are not built to last. And then on top of that the customer service department was difficult to work with from the start I doubt I will ever be purchasing from Rockville or AudioSavings ever again, new OR used. I gave it 4-stars because it needs an on-board EQ to really dial in on those highs, meds, and lows. Overall, I think it's a good speaker. Once you get them dialed in, the sound is amazing. An external mixer is needed as there is not an onboard EQ. I have two of them that are used for House Parties to Medium Sized rooms. I can not I tell you up to how many people these speakers will work for. They get loud and the bass response is pretty good for 2 10 inch subs. Now, they are not going to get you that Miami deep bass but outside that I think they do pretty well. Rockville customer service or technical support are very responsive to any requests you may have. I have not had an issue with them responded very quickly and helping me solve any issues or problems I have with trying to figure out how to get those speakers dialed in just right. ... show more

Sounded great until I got it to 50% volume. Rattles like crazy. Made my event not so great and was embarrassing. First time dealing with this issue with rockville product's. Definitely need to replace sadly

I ordered (2) Rockville Titan Pro Array Dual 10" Column Powered Speaker Systems on February 25th and they arrived on Monday, March 4th, and today is Tuesday, March 5th and I finally was able to test them both out and I have to say I'm impressed with the quality build, sound and of course ease of setting up. I can't wait to use them at my next event (Wednesday) which happens to be a Middle School Spring Dance Party. So far I am super happy and impressed and as another DJ friend whom highly recommended them to me I in turn highly recommend them to you. They are priced reasonable, built excellent, look amazing and sound so impressive with deep lows and excellent mids and highs. A complete winning combination. ... show more

This is probably the worst purchase I have had with Rockville and audio savings. These were bought for a pool party and didn't notice that the grlls of these were pushed in beyond repair until they were unpacked. The sub cabinet of them sounded loose and sounded as if the cabinet was going to fall apart. I was having high hopes with these as I wanted something with a little more bass than my evolves.
