There is NO REASON to pay the inflated prices for the other mattress toppers on the market that are exactly the same. The one we ordered is 3" thick, memory foam, soft (but not extremely so), and fit our full/queen perfectly. I have extreme pain from chronic disease, and this topper alleviates all of it. It sleeps cool, which is a plus considering my fiancé and I cuddle up together in our sleep. After sleeping on it over a month and a half, it is extremely durable, and hasn't shown signs of any wear and tear. It makes zero noise. It did take about an hour and a half to "fluff up" to full size once it comes out of the box because it is memory foam and ships compressed, but it didn't have any strange odors except maybe some mild plastic odor from the packaging around it. I really like this twin sized mattress topper. When I first bought it, I was worried it was too small for my twin bed. However, after 24 hours, it fully expanded to the correct size. It turned my hard memory foam mattress into a soft cloud, and I really love it. I got the 4 inch kind, which I was hesitant about because I thought it might be too cushy, however, I’m very happy with it. It did take a couple of days for the chemical smell to dissipate, but now it’s fine, and I absolutely love it. It makes sleeping on my side easier. I also bought a softer memory foam pillow to complement the softer mattress topper. Others in the reviews have mentioned that the topper can rip easily, and this is true— it is heavy but delicate, so when you lift it to place it on the bed, be careful not to let it tear. However, now that it is on the bed, it is fine. This was a great and relatively cheap investment. I have had the topper now for several weeks, and still love it. ... show more

For years I’ve used feather beds, and while nothing compares to sinking into a freshly fluffed feather bed I was just tired of the daily fluffing and weekly flipping. I tried some foam pads that either were too flimsy or too hard, and a poly-filled pad that never was as fluffy as advertised and went completely flat in a couple of weeks. Finally I gave this pad a try and it’s a winner! I left it out flat for 24 hours and it fully expanded to the advertised thickness. I’m not fond of the stickiness of sleeping on memory foam so I put the poly topper over it, and it’s perfect! The right amount of softness. No hip pain or back aches when I wake up, and adding the extra pad prevents the feeling of trying to roll over in wet sand that I don’t love in memory foam. Glad I bought it. ... show more

After releasing from the package, it still looked so flat and crinkled. But after a few hours it fluffed up completely! I put on my kids xl twin though, and it was a little too long... not sure if it's the topper, or my matress that's actually short. But it's still ok! I bought this to use during labor, totally beats the hard hospital beds!! After a long and painful emergency visit I told my partner I needed one and so we got this. This topper provided a nice layer of support that allowed me to sleep comfortably, and appears exactly as pictured. Great price, too.
