Compact size takes up less space on counter. The mini mixer is great! I use it to froth my creamer for a store bought coffee like drink. The included pod and coffee grounds adapters makes the coffee maker very versatile. Seems to be well made and works as well as more expensive pod coffee makers. My last one was a Keurig and I like this one better.

Love it! Tired spending hundred dollars plus on Keurig and can barely get a years use! Coffee tastes better, more flavorful than a Keurig. Easier to use when changing from pods to grounds. No snapping in and out. The grounds basket is larger than Keurig, so you can add more to taste and water is better able to saturate and enhance flavor. The coffee brews hot. You have the foamer which I use as a stirrer, no more plastic coffee stirrers. I’ve had a few weeks, so far so good. Very pleased! Glad I bought it!

I would give this coffee maker 3.5 stars, but since that’s not possible I’m going with 4. Pros: compact, lightweight machine, easy to move if needed, takes up minimal space, should fit nicely under most cabinets. The controls are simple to use, nice range of ounce sizes, and Keurig-type pods can be used. The removable water reservoir is handy. The reservoir is only 40 ounces but if it was bigger the machine would have to be bigger and I like the compact size. It brews a tasty cup of coffee (could be a bit hotter but it’s fine) in a very short time and it’s quiet. The frothing attachment is something I didn’t think I’d like but I love it. So easy to use and it’s always ready because it self-charges by plugging into the coffee maker. Ingenious. The cons: this lightweight machine is unstable; the one I received does not sit flat on the counter, it wobbles a bit so I’ll add additional bumpers on the bottom because that’s easier then requesting a new machine. The removable/washable pod holder doesn’t click into place, it just lands in the hole but that doesn’t seem to affect its ability to make coffee from pods; we tried regular plastic pods and compostable soft pods and both types work fine. The additional permanent filter for using your own ground coffee is oddly large—I guess they’re allowing more grounds to make a larger cup or travel mug of coffee, but since most people will make single, regular cups the supersized filter seems like a mistake, and the company does not sell paper filters to fit (I asked), however paper filters can be found that fit this filter. (Note: Using a paper filter helps to remove cafestol and kahweol, which can raise LDL ("bad") cholesterol levels. Permanent mesh filters, like the one included here, do not remove these compounds.) The included filter does explain why the pod holder is so loose—more room is required for the grounds filter. We had a Keurig for many years and the My K-cup grounds filters had a bendable piece of plastic holding the lid on, which would invariably break over time. The Taststyle grounds filter looks to have a metal pin holding the lid on, which should be much more durable—maybe that’s why additional filters cost so much. I hate having the made-up name plastered on the front of the machine, but there you are. Overall this feels like a cheaply-made machine that happens to make good coffee. We’re having fun making fancy coffee with frothed milk, so we use it daily. I’ll report on durability when I’ve used it awhile, or it breaks.

Before we bought this coffee maker I started reading the bad reviews. We bought one anyway because of the good reviews and features. For the people saying get the well known K-brand maker instead. After owning countless makers from that brand we've had it. The Tastyle solves all the bad complaints you get with the name brand units. The coffee is actually hot, and not lukewarm like the K-brand units make. And the Bold button actually works and will give you stronger coffee, unlike the other brands that make no difference when using the strong button. Ours isn't "leaking out the seems" like one person claims, and if did I would have just returned it. Second ours isn't spilling grounds like another claimed. Now the good features I didn't have in our last K-Brand unit. Sizes available 6, 8, 12, 16, & 24. Really what other coffee maker has that? Second the Tastyle has two different cup platforms for travel mug or regular cups to prevent splatter. My wife says the maker doesn't splatter anyway no matter which platform you use. This unit come with a extra large coffee basket so you can make coffee as strong as you want. Our suggestion is use the large basket to make healthier coffee without the weak, plastic, taste of the small plastic K-cups. OK, some people mentioned it brews slower. Look at it this way do you want coffee that's actually hot, or coffee that comes out fast but luke warm like the other brand makers . We like this coffee maker so much, it cost us 1/2 as much as the slimline we had before so my wife wants to buy another one to keep new in a closet so when this one wears out or quits we have another one. Since it so reasonably priced I'm thinking about it, since its half the cost, why not...

I can use my tall coffee cup! Really like the color and style. Best one serve coffee maker. I had others but this one I like the best. Hope it lasts for a long time. Love the water capacity and you get hot coffee and you can make up to 24 oz. coffee. Great coffee maker.
