I had a bad In grown toenail on my big toe. It hurt so bad cause I couldn’t get to the nail like I normally could so I started using this stuff and after the 3rd day the piece of nail that was stabbing the inside of the skin just surfaced and I was able to cut it out.

    • Expiration Date is a Joke!
I know this product works well, as I've used it in the past. My problem with this is the expiration date, which is 3 months off. REALLY? Guess I should have paid more and bought it locally so I'd know the date before purchase.

I am in severe pain from an ingrown toenail. I tried to go back to sleep but it’s throbbing. Today is day one of using this product correctly, morning and night. I personally haven’t felt a difference in pain, but I’m limping at the moment so mine might be too far gone. I removed the product and went fishing. What I do like is that my toe stays soft the entire time the product is on which is the most important part of removing ingrown toenails. After further investigation, there is the smallest piece at the base that I can lift up (queue severe pain) but I can’t hold it up long enough to clip. Now I have cotton underneath that piece and I will retry this product in about a weeks time and fingers crossed I can get this out. ... show more

    • Saved me a trip to the podiatrist!
I tried over 3 days to cut my ingrown toenail. I was in so much pain and I have a high pain tolerance. I soaked my foot over an hour and it didn’t help. I finally ordered this because I wanted to try anything before I had to go to a podiatrist! I was a little hesitant when I read the box and it said to use up to a week, I just didn’t want to have to wait that long but I was gonna try it anyway. I put it on at 7:30am and when I went to replace it at night - 12 hours later my nail was finally soft enough to bend from under my nail wall SO MUCH LESS PAINFUL and I was able to cut it! This product does exactly what it says it does. What's more, they have this unique adhesive strip that allows you to apply the bandage portion of the product with one hand. I just wish these guys went into the bandaid business.

I have only had one slightly ingrown toe ever as a teen and that was from a salon clipping a nail too short. It was a one and done situation and fixed by me super fast in a day so I was not at all familiar with the hell that is chronic ingrown nails. But now, my husband's family gets them frequently and thus so does my kid. They just sort of happen. It's not a shoe or anything causing this. Their nails just start growing sideways super low at the nail bed and grow long. My husband deals with this by never wearing shoes at home and with wood and tile floors his feet look like a mountain goat. Or a yeti. Or fred flintstone. My darling daughter is horrified by not having "cute" feet as it is and even with regular and often extensive foot care (we have been doing soaks, footbaths and at home mini mani/pedis all pandemic for fun), she keeps getting these randomly (queue the awkward yeti!). My inlaws and their kids frequently go to podiatrists getting theirs clipped or having surgery and in the middle of a panny, I was really stuck for a solution so we tried this while waiting for a doctor appointment. It has really, really been a great and easy solution. At first signs, soak in epsom salt, clean well with hibiclens, germolene, and use then this before bed. In the morning (yay at home school) with a tool set also bought on amazon I am able to easily pull up/out and clip or file the offending nail and then the problem is solved until another nail in another place decides to grow sideways. For nails that are not her big toe, we have made a mini bandaid by using a smaller blister bandage with a hole cut out and a smaller bandage over. I would never let a foot problem just go and if you're suffering please do see a doctor. We did telemedicine with a kid's podiatrist next day after the first and second and he said it all looked fine and I did a good job. If she had an infection pop up I would run her in to see the doctor, but several times through 2020 until now this has really helped to take care of the problem. ... show more

This stuff worked so well! I had spilt toenail and ingrown that hurt so bad. Used this as directed and within a two days that pain was totally gone. I used it the entire course and was able to get my toes back in a pedicure bowl. Loved this.
