I'm totally blind and I love how simple this is to use. Only two buttons on the right side of the device, top button is labled Ground Coffee and the bottom one is for k-cups. Just plug it in after filling the 14-ounce reservoir and then press one of the buttons and within 3 minutes you'll have piping hot coffee. Its self-cleaning feature is neat too and all you do to activate it is once you fill the reservoir with 7 ounces of water and 7 ounces of distilled white vinegar, press both buttons at the same time and it will empty out in the mug as cold water and vinegar instead of hothat like it would with coffee. I also like that the ground coffee filter basket and the k-cup holder are removable and are easy to wash with warm water and soap. It works better for me and does one cup at a time as advertised, whereas most Keurig coffee makers do multiple cups and has reservoirs that can hold up to a lot of water. My keurig I've had for 5 years, and all the sudden it stopped working and I followed the manual to the t and still would get grounds in my coffee cup. Ordered this January 17th of this year and got this coffee maker the very next day and I have to say perfect coffee every time. Happy it's compatible with both ground coffee and k-cup as well. No grounds in my cup of coffee every morning. Very pleased this product, would buy again if I needed to do so. :-) oh and by the way, the buttons are large enough that there doesn’t have to be any tactile markings. I love the fact it’s not touchscreen buttons because sometimes simple is the best thing. making your morning beverage shouldn’t be frustrating. It should be simple. and this is simple to operate! :-) Update: This morning, I tried to make coffee from a coffee pod and at first I thought it was my coffee pod having too much air inside, but it wasn’t, after trying a second pod after thinking, it was a defected pod the first time around, I noticed After putting that pot out and disposing of it, the exit needle was missing from the basket. I reached out to the seller Kitchenbro, haven't heard any suggesttions yet, as to finding a replacement k-cup® capsule filter basket with needle to accommodate this machine. Any suggesttions would be great. Thanks. The coffee maker kept making this weird high-pitched whistling noise due to this issue just so you are aware. Other than that, I am glad I’m able to have another option of coffee at my disposal, which is ground coffee. Thank God for that extra button and the other Basket for coffee grounds. But I also would like to be able to get this issue solved in getting a replacement basket for the K cup with a strong exit needle.

Junk ! This is the second unit . The first broke within 3 weeks and was returnable. This one lasted about 5 months . It started whistling was a loud shrill. Only make 1/4 cup of coffee.

I love this coffee maker! With this whole quarantine I recently purchased a single serve black and decker coffee machine from amazon. Easy to use, but the coffee tasted and smelled like burnt plastic. I was so upset! I got back on amazon and looked into other machines. When I came across this one I decided to order it due to the positive reviews it had received. I jumped for joy when I heard the doorbell ring today and immediately made a cup. First I cleaned the machine like recommended, and then I brewed the same coffee I tried in the black and decker. It was definitely the black and decker that was off because this coffee taste amazing. Quick, easy, great coffee! I'm more of a ground coffee person but I am also excited I have the option of using K cups if I choose to change it up! Thanks kitchenbro for not letting me down, and thank you amazon for the fast delivery!

Works great. Fits my contigo travel mug, but requires a little wrangling to get it in there. Four stars because a tenth of an inch more clearance would go a long way. After two runs with just water, made a cup of coffee. No plastic taste or smell. Brews fairly fast. I have a Keurig single Brewer and the chulux one. This is way better than the Keurig hospitality Brewer and just as nice as the chulux. The chulux cannot accommodate a travel mug like this one can. Would buy again. The red is a little bold, but it says "Kitchen bro" on the front. A conversation starter, for sure.

The media could not be loaded. My roommates have a bella coffee maker that works! But I cannot just buy a machine without checking reviews because even if it works for them what if I get a lemon! So I saw that it got bad reviews! So I was looking at a cute green one! That also got bad reviews that said coffee tasted like plastic and Chemicals so I quickly decided not to play around with that one! I saw a black one that was highly rated but when I saw this stylish little machine I looked no farther as reviews were good! Boiled water with it three times to get any dust particles out of the reservoir! This morning I made a delicious cup of coffee which tasted great! It only takes about 90 seconds for the whole brewing process! Really quick & easy! It worked wonderfully and easy to clean! I wish it came in royal blue so I could also get one for my grandma to match her kitchen! I hope I’ll never have to post updates about problems surfacing with this item!

I’ve used a Keurig for many years until it broke. Then I went to get another one and saw the price and thought twice. I picked this one instead because of the price. This one is decent. It makes a cup of coffee and that’s the end goal, but there are a few things that are very annoying. You have to fill the water every time you make a cup of coffee. It will keep brewing all the water in the tank, so you have to know ahead of time what amount you want and fill the water up to that level. It drips water/coffee onto the grate after brewing. I have to wipe it down daily. I took the grate off to clean it at the sink and it cut my finger! It doesn’t look that sharp, but if you accidentally slide your finger on the grate it’s like a cheese grater.
