I was definitely impressed by this coffee/espresso maker. I absolutely love that one compact machine can brew a great cup of coffee or brew up a nice mocha!! The coffee maker comes with two coffee inserts. One allows you to use your own coffee with a reusable type basket. The second insert allows the use of K-cups. I have used both and they both work very well. I normally use k-cups, but the reusable filter basket is definitely a great alternative. The coffee maker offers five coffee sizes; 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 ounces. Definitely unique as most coffee makers like this do not offer such a variety of sizes. It seems to be pretty accurate as far as the output of ounces. The coffee brews HOT (I know that’s obviously what it is suppose to do but some coffee makers do not brew as hot as others) which I also love. I add quite a bit of creamer so if the coffee doesn’t brew hot enough then my creamer cools it down to much. I do not have a problem with this coffee machine. Now the espresso/mocha part: LOVE IT!! I use espresso pods and use the 6oz cup setting. And then use the latte froth setting on the milk frother. This frother works amazing. The perfect blend of hot milk and foamy froth! The milk frother works so well for making the grandkids hot chocolate also. They love it. I cannot say enough about this economic and well build machine. The only thing to be aware of is to not over fill the frother! Trust me I learned from experience. I had milk leaking everywhere! That was by no means the machines fault…it was all me. Lesson learned and now I have it dialed in. This is definitely a five star coffee maker. Definitely no not hesitate to buy!!

I already have a popular brand coffee maker, so I thought I would order this for my classroom so I can make coffee during my lunch break. This is heavy, stable, and works well. I love the milk frother/warmer on this coffee machine. It's my favorite part! This coffee maker is much better than I ever expected. It holds a good amount of water, and I like the design of the container; it's much easier to fill and replace than my name brand one. It does take bit longer to brew, but the coffee comes out a little darker and hotter. Adding the frother hot milk guarantees really hot coffee. It's easy to clean. The cup tray can be move up and down, so the splash factor is almost eliminated. I have not tried iced coffee yet, and I need to look up some recipes for different types of coffee. A small issue I just ran across is a little plastic piece broke off on the milk frother's lid. I don't know what it's for, and cannot see any reason why I need it. I can still make coffee without it. Now I don't know which coffee maker to take to school. My name brand one is a little too big, but I don't think I will have a lot of time to "prepare" coffee at work. However, I have used this machine more than my other one ever since I set it up to try it out. That speaks volumes of this coffee maker. I highly recommend, especially because other machines are so expensive. This is a great value.

I gave up drinking coffee several years ago and in the process, I threw out my well-known brand of coffee maker that had served me well over the years. I chose this Zacme coffee maker because it was small enough to fit on my already overpopulated kitchen counter and because I was fascinated by the milk frother attachment. It has been fun choosing the wide variety of K-Cup coffee flavors that are available now and they fit perfectly in this model. I also love drinking my morning coffee once again! This is a good coffee maker that was easy to set up and it produces a great cup of coffee very quickly. K cups are expensive, so after I am finished experimenting with flavors, I’ll use the reusable filter that is included for ground coffee. I'm enjoying experimenting with the milk frother, and so far I prefer the heated fluffy milk foam option. Prior to trying this coffee maker for the first time, I used the self-cleaning function and cleaned it thoroughly 3 times. The reason I removed one star is just a matter of my preference for a heavier product. This coffee maker seems a bit lightweight to me, however it has not affected the performance at all and I do recommend it.

I am, sometimes, intimidated by the setting up of new equipment. Part of the problem is that, quite often, instructions are so unintelligible as to be useless. This is often due to the fact that they are obviously translated from other languages by people who have a poor grasp of American English and who do not have their translations checked by those who have good skills in English. I have one piece of equipment that has ended up in the garbage for that very reason. The thing is not intuitive and the "guide" is complete gibberish. Now, a coffee pot is not, generally, a complex piece of equipment. Nonetheless, I stared at the box for about a week before I got up the juice to take the pot out and set it up. Well, my fears were unfounded. The setup was pretty much limited to taking it out of the box and plugging it in. It is a very simple, but well-made coffee pot. The instructions are well written and almost unnecessary, as the layout of the controls is entirely intuitive and there are no operational parts that have to be connected. I like the dual nature of the unit, with the ability to use either loose coffee or K Cups. While I generally don't froth my milk, this unit makes that so easy that I will probably start doing that. It may be considered a bit pricey, but not SO pricey as to reduce the five stars that I have given it.
