I’ve only had this a week, so I can’t speak to durability, but brews a great cup of coffee from K-cups. And I don’t need to use the “bold” (or strong) setting like I did with my previous Keurig. Coffee’s plenty hot, but I don’t need to drop in an ice cube to enjoy it soon after a brew. This is a good, space saving fit for the limited counter space in my small cabin kitchen. Terrible! Don’t buy this garbage. I could not get it to make my coffee without a cup full of grinds. I use the k-cups and it’s a nightmare. The instructions are less than helpful. Please save your money because I had to buy a new one. Garbage!!

    • Brews A Good Cuop Of Coffee, But..........

I will state from the beginning this pot brews a good cup of coffee. Let me get that on the table. The problem (in my opinion) is what leads up to the coffee. It is extremely awkward to pour water into the water chamber because the top is hinged from the back of the machine. If it were hinged from the middle it would be incredibly easy to pour water. The second annoying (to me) feature is the water level guage built into the water chamber. The printing on the guage is so tiny it is very difficult to read from the side. I don't mind so much pouring the EXACT amount of water for the size of the cup, but because of the opening to the water chamber I have to use a funnel with a lot of caution to not pour water into the electronics of the pot. I'm so glad I bought this coffee maker. It is so easy to use. I like using the 'bold' setting now and then. The tea leaf basket is a nice option for brewing tea. Highly recommend this product.
