I bought this filter because it seemed like a great value. Having a built in UV was a big must for me. Installation was very easy. Had a bump in the road when I first started using it. I followed all the instructions, flushed the system about 3 times. Each for 30 mins. The water still tasted a bit like metal. flushed it a couple more times. No change. Reached out the seller. A quick response was nice. It showed they cared. Went through a couple of attempts to resolve the issue. Nothing worked. They sent me replacement filters (RO , T33). After the initial flushing, the system worked like intended. Water clear, no more metal taste. I definitely recommend this product. Once in a while you get a bad part here and there. As long as customer support comes in to resolve the issue, no issue in my book. Love that it is tankless and how it cleared out the space under my sink. My prior system was a regular R/O, with a tank. it used up a lot of space under the sink. If I am say anything about it, is that I was hoping for a better flow. But that is a personal preference and not a nock against it. I can live with that. One last thing, I did not notice that they recommend to get the small tank, if to be connected to the the fridge, I will be ordering that. Definitely recommended. ... show more

Product came as described. It was easy to install with the hardware that came with it. I didn't need one thing other than some wrenches that I had around the house and something to cut the poly water lines with (pliers worked great, make sure they are clean). It came with some quick connectors that were really handy for connecting the water lines without any leaks or hastle. We have been using our newly installed filter system for about 2 weeks now and we are really glad we made the purchase. The electric pump just plugs in under the kitchen sink with the dishwasher outlet and works great. It only runs when turning on the faucet and we put some felt padding on the backside of the bracket so when it rest against the sidewall of the cabinet it makes very little vibration noise while running. Overall this is way better than those bulky and heavy water tanks from older model systems and we are happy with the purchase. I also like that this is a USA based company with SGS testing and NSF/ANSI certifications. I realize they may not manufacture everything in the USA (maybe they do, I didn't verify that), but there are strict standards being followed that are widely recognized. That was important to me in choosing a water filter system my family will be drinking the majority of our water from. Water taste crisp and refreshing (as should be expected) with no funny smells or odors. Disclaimer: We replaced another national brand under the sink water filter system with this product and this made my installation easier with the original water drain lines and feed valve to the water filter previously installed by others that I was able to reuse. So I can't give an 100% accurate feedback on the ease of install. We did replace the water faucet the water comes out of and that was easy to install, hole through the counter was existing. Just removed the older one and put this one in reusing some of the hardware from the original faucet because the hole in the countertop was larger than needed and the new faucet would have not completely covered the hole without caulking or something to seal it. ... show more

Easy to install, great tasting water and the motor is pretty quiet. No big ugly tank taking up all the space under your sink. The water spout is slower than that of the tank water filtration systems, but you don’t have to wait for a tank to fill. The motor pumps the water through instead. Hooked up this and a garbage disposal at the same time with a drain kit I also purchased on Amazon. Have never installed either, and I was able to do it pretty easy. Seems expensive up front, but I was paying $40 a month for a system from culligan. This system is 400 with a year supply. Then after that a hundred or so a year. Much cheaper than culligan, and I know the filters will get changed appropriately. Also, the water is much better. ... show more

This would get a 5 Star review, if the O Rings on the filters weren't all damaged! The installation went smoothly, for the most part. We had one small leak, caused by human error, which was an easy fix, but we had a flood of water, from all 4 filters, because all 4 filters had bad O Rings. And it wasn't a quick find. The water sprayed out everywhere, and made it difficult to figure out what was happening. It was quite a mess! That was manufacture error. Every ring at the top caused each filter to leak. Luckily they gave us 4 spare rings, and once we replaced them, the leaks stopped. So much for spare rings. Hopefully the next batch of filters don't come with damaged O Rings? Other then that, I love this system! It takes up a small amount of space, under the sink. It runs very quietly, and the water taste exactly as it should, like nothing!!! I have very bad water...high sulfur content, and very hard water. I have to run two systems in the basement, one is salt, and the other is chlorine, just so I can shower & do laundry. Brushing my teeth, is no pic nic. Yuck! My drinking water was filtered by a zerowater system, but i still tasted the sulfur, so I also had to use a zerowater filter bottle, just so I could drink it. I refuse to drink bottled water. Save our planet, and all that. This new system filters it completely, and the water taste amazing! I am beyond thrilled that I requested this for my birthday! Happy Birthday, to me!!! A gift for everyone, really! Hopefully the manufacturer process for the O Rings improves?! ... show more
