The media could not be loaded. I received this and several other items in a big box and the lid was missing. When I reached out to Amazon's Customer Service I could either return the item for a full refund or reach out to the Manufacturer to report an issue. I reached out to the manufacturer to see if I could get a lid without having to send the entire storage box back. The storage box holds well and I can fit a lot in it but was really relying on a lid to keep my silly cats from taking things out. I reached out to the manufacturer two days ago and haven't received a response. Maybe I just need to wait more. I think it's too much of a hassle to return, so I'll keep it as is. I'm just bummed about the price. I spent $15+ on one stupid box that doesn't even come with all the components. This box was the perfect size and I could get something similar elsewhere for less, which I'm kicking myself for not doing in the first place. Really like how these storage bins look in my closet. Perfect color and fit perfectly. I ordered a bunch but 2 came in cracked and they are a bit delicate so you have to be careful handling them so they do not crack.

The lids for these containers can fly off in a strong wind. They just sit on the top. Also, the plastic is vulnerable to sharp impact and can crack. Otherwise, they're nice containers

While I gave the box itself 5 stars, the main reason I ordered it was because the photo & description claims it comes with a lid. First order arrived with no lid. I thought maybe the employee who pulled it made a mistake so I requested a replacement. Nope, the second one also arrived without a lid.

I ordered three of these and all three were packaged in separate plastic bags and all three were missing their lids. EDIT: I returned these to Amazon and the replacements they sent all came with the lids. Yea, they are a bit fiimsy, but they are perfect for my needs.
