It’s fine. It’s a lamp.
Color: Black
This is your basic torchiere lamp. Usual height, see through shade, have base, three poles that screw together in the middle. It works fine. The main difference here is that the cord does not run inside the pole down to (and out) the base. It comes out near the top and runs outside the poles, and the switch to turn on the lamp is a very old-style disc-spin switch I haven’t seen since the days of ceramic Christmas trees. That said - the switch works fine. The lamp works fine. The cord is a little ugly but they did include clips to hold it against the pole so it’s not that bad. You get plenty of length on the cord to go all the way down and still reach a distant socket. The lamp is as sturdy as any screw-the-poles-together lamp and outside of the cord, the fit and finish is fine and what you’d expect from this kind of lamp. ... show more

Good looking lamp
Color: Black
Good looking lamp that was easy to assemble. The shade is plastic, not glass.

Plug in cord is different…
Color: Black
Only giving three stars because the cord comes out halfway through the pole instead of the bottom base like most standard lamps and it just looks a little odd to me with a cord dangling halfway from the lamp pole. Otherwise it showed up I damaged and gets the job done.

Really nice for the price it is
Color: Black
My multi-colored lamp of 12 years' shades were tearing up and kept falling every once in a while and was to the point where I saw the light bulb and was hurting my eyes every time it was turned on, so I figured I needed to say goodbye lamp. It was near Christmas and I have already spent too much on presents and wanted to find something cheap, so I found this and decided to go for it. I'd say this is a good product for the price you get it for. I like how tall and skinny it is, but I wish the shade was a bit bigger and the chord didn't show. I also believe the chord can be a liiiiittle bit longer. Other than those cons, it is a decent lamp!! ... show more

this is a very nice lamp
Color: Black
This is a very nice lamp. I put it in my room that needed extra light from a light bulb and have had a great time putting it together and plugging it in. I put a nice LED light bulb in it and will not have to worry about having light now for many years. The great thing about this lamp is it uses a standard A19 light bulb so I don't have to freak out about buying weird shaped and expensive light bulbs in the future. The lamp looks nice as well and is very pleasant. ... show more

Easy to set up
Color: Black
Great for my sons room, but even though it’s put together correctly and tight it still leans to one side

Cheap
Color: Black
Super cheap lamp. You can tell when you touch it as it’s quite flimsy. But it does the job, which is to light up the room.
