9/20/25 UPDATE: The machine has quit working altogether. I have to keep the ice maker machine in a tray that keeps it lifted during humid season. During winter it stays dry, but I am presently emptying the tray every other day during the monsoons. I blamed the kids dropping ice for weeks after purchasing it. The leaky condensation water bubbled up the wood and ruined the kitchen shelving that I had originally set it on. Then I realized it was the machine itself. I contacted the maker and got no response regarding the issue. Most recently I found 2 broken silver plastic pieces in the bottom of the water fill space. I contacted the seller again to see what these pieces may have broken off of inside the machine. The only response I got was an email that said to record a video showing them how the machine was broken. The machine is still working at this time, so can't show what's broken on it. It makes some crunching noises that can be heard through the house, but I apparently will not get any help from the maker, so I will use it until it stops working. The machine doesn't hold a lot of ice, but it does continuously drop the nuggets one at a time until it fills again. The machine itself isn't real big, has a nice appearance and has a nice blue-ish light that can be turned on and off inside the ice compartment. It sits above the ice basket. Will not purchase anything from this maker again.

I was so excited about this product. Great price for nugget ice. It did not disappoint. We are Ice Lovers my fridge could not keep up at all. As soon as we got this it set us up perfectly and I even made a few bags of 10 lbs to give to the neighbors. It started tripping my outlet. I had it looked and was told it was the machine causing the outlet to trip. I reached out to the company, and they were very helpful and prompt and replaced the machine. So far so good this one has not tripped my outlet and is giving me cold drinks all day!! You def need to maintain the cleaning every few weeks or it can get moldy.

Do not buy! Only lasted 1 month. It stopped making ice , and started to make a very loud noise. I contacted silon they first told me to put vinegar for a few hours and of course it didnt work, then they said they would ship a new one , emailed them again and nothing . No response , no tracking number nothing. Not worth buying! Total Waste of money

Wouldn’t buy again, but loved both of them while they lasted….2 in LESS than 2 years. I would have given 1 star, but I did love it while it worked and their initial response to the problem was positive. I bought my first one in May 2024, and by September 2024, it had begun to leak badly. So I reached out to the company and after they tried to get me to repair it myself using videos they sent me, they did in fact send me a second icemaker. The second icemaker lasted until about October 2025, when it too began to leak. The leak eventually stopped, but then recently in February 2026, it just stopped working altogether. When I reached out to the company to ask them why two icemakers would go bad in less than two years, their response was it has a one year warranty and there’s nothing they can do. Therefore, although I loved the icemaker while it worked, the design and ease of knowing how much water it had and adding the water without having to pull out the dripping ice tray, I won’t buy a third one because it’s ridiculous to spend 200+ dollars for an icemaker to work for less than a year. Such a shame and disappointing. NOTE: If anyone buys the icemaker, I would suggest putting it on a cookie tray when you first purchased it in case it starts to leak so that the cookie tray can catch the water before it makes a mess wherever put it.

Terrible machine. Great customer service that’s why I gave it 1 star. I purchased this machine August 2024. I went through literally 4 so far. I think this company is a front for something else cause it’s only one person I deal with named Dan every time I call customer service and they don’t require you to send back the defective ice machine. I asked him before how to they make money without having refurbished machines. All are supposed to be brand new but they are TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT BUY! Just as the reviews stated I’ve dealt with it all- the motor stopped working, the metal fragments in the water (and I use bottled water and cleaned often), the loud noise to make the ice. I liked the size of the ice it reminded me of hospital ice so I stuck with it but as of today I’m buying a different machine. The ice doesn’t even have consistency sometimes it’s hard and sometimes it’s like snow. Again- TERRIBLE! Do not buy!

Steer clear! I bought 2 of these ice makers. We had the first on about 4 months until it just quit working. We bought the second one and it was working better without the loud noises the first one made. It quit after a month. When I contacted the seller they wanted a video to show it wasn't working. We decided it's less trouble to just buy a new one than to send a message to support and have to wait several days for a response. I've read the reviews and there are obviously design flaws the sellers want to overlook or gloss over. Beware of the seller and the machine.
