This machine takes forever to produce ice. The app feature is misleading. We thought the app would alert us when it was time to dump ice, add water etc. You have to go on app and it would to tell you ice ready, add water but the app won’t alert you.

Bought this for my wife since she prefers this style of ice. Its fairly quit and doesnt take up much space. We use distilled water in it and top off the water everytime she uses the ice. Very happy with this and we've had it for almost a yr with no issues

This is great... Works well and is quick to make ice. Use ice machine cleaner to flush it out every now and then and you'll be good to go. It is a little loud, but I just run it enough to fill a few silicone freezer bags of ice, then put it away.

The media could not be loaded. Ok I have had a Fridgedaire for the past 2 years and I always was frustrated with it. I read reviews about this one and none of them we really bad. This was so easy to setup. It’s small but it fits well on my counter. The ice quality is incredible. I love me some nugget ice. Now if you have a big family that eats a lot of ice this may not be the one for you. It’s so easy to refill and hasn’t leaked one bit. I haven’t used the Bluetooth feature or the cleaning feature but I think it’s pretty cool it has those functions.
