I love sonic type ice and this unit has been great. Have had it for 3 months and it has been perfect. Really enjoy setting the timer the night before and starting my work day with it full of ice.

At first, we really loved this ice maker. It had quick output, we could set it to on and off from our phone and all seemed well BUT after 3 months, it no longer works. It makes a horrible grinding sound and if we’re lucky produces about 10 pieces of ice. I have contacted Silonn, so I will be back to update you if they repair or replace the ice maker. But as things stand today, I would definitely NOT recommend purchasing. ... show more

This machine takes forever to produce ice. The app feature is misleading. We thought the app would alert us when it was time to dump ice, add water etc. You have to go on app and it would to tell you ice ready, add water but the app won’t alert you.

Bought this for my wife since she prefers this style of ice. Its fairly quit and doesnt take up much space. We use distilled water in it and top off the water everytime she uses the ice. Very happy with this and we've had it for almost a yr with no issues
