First I only use reverse osmosis water on any ice maker or ice machine. And you should too or your only asking for problems. I've had 3 Opals, they all go out after a time, so I decided to give this a shot. I like the smaller size, the easier fill, the wifi works perfectly, and I schedule this to run only 12 hours a day. No need to run it from 11p to 8a and then when our electric rates are super high from 4p to 7p. Not only is it only scheduled 12 hours day, it probably only runs for 3 or 4 hours a day, a huge energy savings and extends the life of the product. The ice bin could be a little better insulated and a little bigger, but that's my only gripes. It makes ice fast and on par with the opal. Remember if you don't have reverse osmosis you're just asking for trouble with any ice maker. Plus you want clear ice. Noise levels are totally fine too....

I could not be happier with this ice maker. Very easy to use...add water..and clean. Looks great sutting on the counter! Please take a look at this unit if you are interested in a great ice maker with a small footprint.

We have had other nugget ice makers, but I get tired of constantly filling the small water reservoirs. This unit makes ice for a while before needing more water. Also has a big ice bin and quick production time. Would purchase again.

Pros: quick, easy, and can keep up with 2 or maybe 3 people constantly making 12oz iced drinks. Nice pellet ice cubes. Easy to drain and refill. Looks good. Cons: it started out very quiet but by week 2 it was loud. If it’s in the same room, it would be annoying. I have had it for about 2 months now. No issues other than it became louder over time. I started out leaving it on 24/7, but have since switched to turning it on about 2 hours before needing ice and turning it off when done. It can fill its bin with ice in somewhere between 1-2 hours. Water refill required approximately every 1.5-2 bins full of ice.

Makes prefect ice, fits prefect on the counter and is the quietest ice machine that I've owned! Only problem I'm having is getting the app to connect. Update on this, the machine makes the loudest noises, so loud you have to un plug the ice machine. Absolutely noble it when it's working... very disappointed that is so loud...

***UPDATE*** Product was nice for the first 24hours or so. It then started to make strange noises and caused me to have to send it right back. Not sure if it was mine specifically, but the bad experience with the product going bad so quickly made me want to not buy it again and try a diffent one completely. Original review below: have to say, I'm pretty impressed with this ice maker. Super easy to use. Took it out of the box, plugged it in, poured some water, and had ice in minutes. The entire bucket filled in about an hour I think but I had a scoop of ice in the first 5-10 minutes. Machine is quite and has setting for large and small ice. The ones in the pictures are large and I am very happy with the size. Had no idea if I would or wouldn't like this but now I am recommending this for anyone hosting that may not want to run out for ice or just depend on the ice from the freezers of your home refrigerator. This is a must have for any home bar or anyone that wnjoys entertaining and in need of ice for guests. Wish I purchased this earlier but know that I will get lots of use from it moving forward.

Update: NOT HAPPY😡. 12/23/2024 Machine making loud noise and making NO ICE. I’m sick of these ice machines not working. This time I have warranty. Will place a claim. 11/10/24. Two months in and ice STILL ACCESSIBLE! 10/1/24. So far so good. 1 month in and making perfect pebble ice. Never have to wait. Always available for family of 4 who uses ice. I’m pleased. Been thru 3 with last 2 not working with 1st year. 1st ice machine bought in 2020 lasted 4yrs working constantly. NOT LOUD. Love the backlight and convenience of pull out tank. Sept 2024 purchased ice machine

I tried 3 different ice makers and this one is the best. Not loud. Love how you can swing the door down to get the ice. Easy to add water. Wifi is nice to create schedules. Keeps the ice cold. Definitely recommend. I purchased a 500.00 one and this one is hands down better and more affordable.
