Does what it's supposed to do.
This is NOT an ice keeper! You cannot make ice and expect it to stay in this machine. They will melt. It makes the cubes and you transfer them to your freezer. I've owned one before so I was aware of this before I ordered it. I put the cubes into a zip lock bag , one layer at a time, put it in my freezer, then break it up and put it in a tray. By the time another batch is ready, the prior batch is ready to dump into the tray. You can fill a pretty good size tray in a days time.

This machine work’s fabulous I love it. I use bottled water and get clear ice keeping my drinks tasting great. It makes ice quickly and is easy to use. My fridgerator ice maker quit and the freezer is packed! This was a great idea rather than ice trays It was the best investment and after researching I found this unit to be the number 1 choice. After use I just unplug and wipe clean. Thanks, I wish I did this sooner. AMR.

I was very excited to get this since it would be great at my work. For the first couple of weeks it did great and then it started to have problems. Now a month into using it.....it is worthless. It will make a pass or 2 of ice and then start freezing up. What I mean by this is that the ice won't drop and then it makes another freeze over it, that doesn't drop and it continues until there is just a large block of ice stuck in the back. It is in a room with the ambient temperature of 72 degrees so it is not a room temp issue. I have tried reaching out to the company with no answer so I guess I am just out $100 since it is past the amazon return date as well. I would think twice before buying this machine and personally I will not by anything from this company again.

Fast ice machine.
This ice machine is easy and simple to use. It makes two sizes, small and large. The large cubes are good for drinks and the small can be layered into an ice cream maker whole. No more hammering away in order to break up ice. Simple and easy to use with clear instructions. Recommend.

Good for the price
This is a great ice maker for the price. I bought this is July 2024 and it has run almost constantly for 2 years. It has recently stopped making ice, instead prompting to fill tank even though it is full. It has been fully cleaned and restarted, but I think it’s finally done. Some pros: - water tank last awhile - makes ice quickly - keeps ice in tank frozen - fairly quiet, the loudest part is the ice falling, which would be the same for any maker A few cons: - ice is on the less frozen side, so it melts quickly and you need a lot of it. It has plenty for 1-2 people but won’t keep up for a party - the cleaning feature doesn’t do much, you will have to clean it yourself and there’s SO many nooks and crannies. It’s especially difficult to clean where the ice is made because it can’t be disassembled easily. Overall pretty solid ice maker worth the price. I only wish it hadn’t stopped working!

Great product
I purchased this for myself as my mom had purchased one. It works great. No leakage, great sized water reservoir, ice cubes size is great for my needs. The noise level is quiet. Both myself and mom run ours 24/7 with no issues to always have ice on hand for water bottles through the day. She's had hers for more than a year with no issues or change in noise level. All around great product that produces quickly. Also, the basket size is great to completely fill an empty 40 oz water bottle for ice cold water. Highly recommend!

My First Auto Ice maker
Like a child with a new toy. Not sure what the others out there are like but for a beginner its easy to operate and works as described. The only draw back is for people like me who take instruction manuels very litteraly It did not instruct me when to plug it in before or after you are to add water. Then same thing on self clean cycle it tells you to add water to max line then next step tells you to drain water. It should say add water to max line wait 30 mins then drain water. Little confusing but I learned to get used to different lol.
