A bit of a pain to find the parts in stock, but it came with everything needed. The instruction book was easy to follow and has the plans for the upgraded kits as well so when I am ready to add parts it is a simple process. Not a lot of weight and the increments are a bit different from what you would see at the gym, but a really nice set. Just a heads up, depending on which set you got it takes up a lot of room. I was a little concerned from the fair amount of reviews that said theirs came missing parts and nuts and bolts. Maybe the company took the negative reviews to heart. Someone said they didn't like how you had to open up all 5 the boxes before you can start putting it together and another said they didn't like how the instructions where just pictures of where the parts go with no description. Both of those are true. But for me it was no big deal opening all the boxes first, organizing and tossing the packaging and laying out the parts nice and organized. Then I went to the steps in the book. The pictures were so easy to read my kid could have put it together. It only took me 3 1/2 hours to put together alone. All the nuts, bolts and washers were sealed in separate packaging for each step and labeled; Step 1, Step 2, etc. It's really solid with no creaking when using it. The tubing used is really solid and there are all kinds of muscle groups you can work out with it. For the price it's almost all you need. I got a separate elliptical machine for warmups then onto the universal gym. This machine is worth the price, most equipment that does the same thing is twice the price. The quality is decent for the price. The knurling is actually quite nice at this price. The rope is so-so. The straight bar has no bushing/ bearing. It’s metal on metal and creates too much friction even when oiled. But at this price, I won’t beat them up about it. Good enough for occasional use.

I love this. I put this together myself when my husband was out of town. Took me about 2 hours. Due to the directions not having an order for what to do first, I had to undo some steps then redo them to complete the machine.     • Stay Away from 750 Model if You Need More Weight

I was told via email by their customer service department that with resistance this will go up to 330 pounds. After completing the assembly - I could not find how to set resistance. I emailed customer service again. They THEN sang a different tune. I had to buy the next model up 950 in order to get the resistance. I am already pressing the weight that came with the product - so it was a HUGE paperweight. OBSOLETE from the moment I got it. The instructions that come with the product are a waste of time. Do yourself a favor - use the installation video to assemble. I brought my lap top with me to assemble. They did not offer me any compensation even though the out right lied to me. I dissambled and returned to Amazon for a full refund. What a waste of time. If you want 122.5 pounds it is good for you, but it was a huge disappointment. I read a ton of reviews before buying and everyone said the same thing so I’ll add to it - Assembly is a challenge but possible. 1: directions are just photos of the completed step. There are no words directing you on what to do. 2: when rigging the cables start at the end with the largest point and work your way back pulley by pulley. I had to redo this one. 3: set comes in several box’s and although the boxes are labeled 1, 2, and so on… the parts are mixed so you’ll need to open ALL the boxes (even the smaller ones inside the large ones) to access all the parts needed. Setup steps do not correlate to the box numbers. 4: prepare to get dirty. The set comes fresh from china and they rush the powered coating on the metal. You will get black powder everywhere. Clean before use. OVERALL: pretty impressed to be honest. It’s built well for the price. Set up is tricky, but my set had everything in box. PERKS: all the moving parts work together so you don’t need to swap cables and do modifications to change to another work out. CONS: I’d recommend replacing the actual factory included handles.
