Between the delivery team and the actual couch itself I have to give an outstanding review. The couch is comfortable, the recline is a little stiff but I suspect that's because it's brand new. It arrived in great shape, and the delivery team took great care with it.

I would've absolutely given this a five stars, because overall it's beautiful, the fabric is soft, it seems to be fairly sturdy, but there are a couple of problems. The only complaint I have, is the foot rest do not stay up in the first position. Unless you are completely reclined back, they fall to the floor with just putting your feet on them. I am not a very big person, neither is my husband. and both of us have the same problem. ... show more

For the price and it being a new model, I expected a sturdy couch. Its not. If you push on one side to move it, it twists and wont move which tells me the main frame isnt strong enough. Its not for overweight people or kids who climb or kick it. It does come apart in the parts for moving and the delivery team was great. When you recline, the back part wont stay back to recline. You have to push against it to keep it reclined. The cushions are already flattened too. You are better off going to a store in person and getting one and paying to have it delivered to make sure its a strong couch. I regret getting this one and wont buy this brand again. I'm glad I bought this couch for what I need however you get what you pay for. Quality is less than a $500 price point. Comfort is fine on the back rest and cushions. For the arm rest and foot rest, you can feel the wood pieces. Like many other reviews, the back will not stay reclined when you move at all. And it was delivered damaged. (One of the back wood slats was broken.) The delivery guy assured me that it was not broken in route by him however there's really no way to know. The customer service for this was really great though. I called them immediately not wanting to accept a damaged product however they let me know they were currently out of stock and they could either take it back or they would give me $120 refund. I chose to accept the refund hoping I could repair the wood slat myself for much cheaper than buying a new $1,000 couch which I'm not ready for at this time.
