I got this chair to go with my couch in my living room, the shipping was great no issues, Amazon called me 10 mins prior to delivery, I’ve been watching it all day to make sure I was home so wasn’t a big deal, the gentlemen brought it inside for me and were great and super friendly. Came all packaged up, no damage for me! Smell was weird when I un wrapped, just smelled like a new couch but it was fine, opened the windows and it eventually went away. I didn’t get legs for the chair? Not sure if I was supposed to but absolutely love the chair the way it is without the legs. I’m happy with my purchase. And it looks amazing. So I saw many other reviews that said the same as I am about to. Chair is great but minus one star for delivery. They did not call 30 min before or at all prior to my delivery. They also came 4 days early so it was very unexpected. They left the chair on a pallet in my driveway and not near my front door, which was okay but there was some tears in the plastic so the fabric has some marks on it and luckily it was not snowing or raining. The chair it’s self is great, I like it without the legs so I didn’t try to install those. Fabric is soft and comfy. Chair is big and comfortable but I think a ottoman would make it even better. I am disappointed that my chair is already stained and I haven’t even used it yet but I’m excited to use it in my reading nook! ... show more

Okay first off, I was happy to finally find a chair that would fit the look and needs for what I wanted in my living room. But to my surprise when the chair was delivered and I start to unpack it, the chair is a really dark grey almost brown color. Which is not what was advertised or what I expected to receive. (See attached photo) the chair on the top is the color advertised on Amazon, the chair on the bottom is the color I received. If that’s not enough, the right arm on the chair is completely broken under the fabric. You can hear the wood cracking when you press on it. I wish I could give ZERO stars, because I’m highly disappointed with the item that I spent a good amount of money on. I’ve already submitted it to be returned, but i wanted to make sure others knew about my experience, incase someone else might have some of the same experiences. ... show more

I got this chair for my living room for my new house (hence the paint swatches everywhere). The Amazon delivery team gave me a date w/ a time period to choose from. I was able to track my package and they messaged me when they were about 10 minutes away. They brought it actually earlier than I expected, in about the first 30 mins of the expected delivery time. I was able to easily unpack it, flip it to install the legs (which are under the cushion), by myself, you just need a phillips screwdriver. It initially had a chemical smell, which resolved. The back cushion is very soft, but the bottom cushion is a little stiff, which I think will improve with time. Right after I put it together, my dog jumped on the chair. However, I didn't know he had torn his paw-pad outside, and he got blood on the chair. I used a wet microfiber cloth and some dawn, and it came out IMMEDIATELY. So overall, I'd say this is a pretty good chair for dog owners and probably kids too, since it seems to be pretty stain resistant. It's definitely a chair and half, so if you have a tight space it might be too big. Overall I love it! ... show more
