    • Nice couch for the money
Color: Beige Style: Sofa
I love this couch but my husband says it’s too firm. It feels nice when reclining. The buttons are very small and hard to get use to. You’re always going in the wrong direction with them. Color doesn’t show dirt and surface is easy to clean

    • Love, Love, Love this Recliner
Color: Beige Style: Recliner
First of all, shipping was great and the company communicated very well on delivery times. It came in several pieces that were assembled easily. I will say that this is a fairly large recliner. The first impression from my wife was "it looks like you are sitting so high". I'm a fairly big guy @ 6' 250 lbs and i just love the way this chair feels. The material isn't hot and the padding doesn't make you feel as though you are sinking in anywhere. The adjustable headrest is amazing as you can recline to any angle and adjust for great head support. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable recliner of great quality. ... show more

    • Saved a ton
Color: Beige Style: Recliner
Went to Ashley store first, was told it was the last day of their Black Friday sale, items 40% off. Husband and I looked through the whole store, landed on this chair, another associate came over and we said we’d like to get the chair, and was told about the 40% off (chair tag was $1799). Guy said, “:uh, hold on (looked at the back of the tag) then “yeah, I don’t know if he explained to you how that works. This is already at sale price.” At that point I had already searched online and found the same chair on Amazon for $1120.99. They didn’t care, lost the sale. Would love to support local but come on. Delivery was great, I had tracking notifications and driver text on the day of letting me know when they were close. Paid the $20 to get inside and they took the boxing with them. Set up was a piece of cake and the chair is lovely. Only comment is that it sits “high” compared to my couch but comfortable and obviously saved several hundred getting here. ... show more

    • Hard and Seat too high
Color: Beige Style: Sofa
This is not the same sofa that we tried in the Ashley store. This sofa has a much higher and firmer seat and is NOT comfortable. My husband and I cannot sit in it with our feet on the floor. This also isn't a zero clearance - it's about 8 inches from the wall and won't recline all the way. Had to cut apart the box to get it into the house. Either this is not made from the same materials or Ashley has awful quality control. Returning ASAP. ... show more

    • Loveseat quality is great. Get delivery details before ordering!
Color: Grey Style: Loveseat
The loveseat is beautiful and quality is up to Ashley standards but no instructions on how to put it together. Some parts are hidden and hard to locate it will take some patience. The Biggest issue is delivery. You do not get delivery into you home as stated, you do not get a call to schedule delivery, you do not have to sign for delivery. The delivery company will show up with no notice set it out and leave. These weigh 288 pounds each. If you have stairs like we did good luck! There is no option to choose white glove service during the check out process and although it states it will be put inside you home and up to 2 flights of stairs, that will not happen as the carrier states that service wasn't purchased by Amazon. As long as you don't have stairs and have someone at home to catch the delivery when it occurs this is a great price for this product. After reading issues about delivery after my purchase I became concerned and started watching for the delivery and signed up for alerts. You get this 30 minutes before they arrive, not much notice. Amazon customer service was helpful with issues. ... show more

    • Very Firm
Color: Grey Style: Recliner
The recliner is usually priced well, price moves frequently. Much better price and delivery than an in store purchase. I found the chair to be extremely firm but sets up nicely off the floor. The leg rest is extended so your feet don’t hang off the edge. I’d prefer a higher back but the adjustable headrest offsets the height issue. Delivery is great and the overall quality of the chair is very good. The material seems to be robust and the comfort and feel of the material is quite nice. My rating of a 3 is only due to overall comfort due to the firmness. I’d suggest setting in the chair in store before purchase but again, Amazon is priced much better and has free delivery. My out the door price at Ashley was nearly $1,800 compared to delivered price on Amazon $1,281 ... show more

    • Wonderful Electric Recliner
Color: Beige Style: Recliner
This recliner is awesome. My husband and I went to Ashley Furniture and we saw this one. We knew we had to have it, so we bought it. I checked everywhere for recliners before going to Ashley's. We bought the chair from Ashley, including their warranty as well. The total with delivery charges was just shy of 2 grand. Once we got home I started looking on line and I found the exact same chair at other furniture stores, but they were all around the same price. Then I checked Amazon out of curiosity and I was surprised to find our chair in stock with the same warranty and free delivery. By ordering from Amazon and canceling from Ashley Furniture we saved $600.00. Plus we got the chair delivered 2 days after ordering with Amazon. Setting up our chair was easy. It works exactly as it did on the floor in Ashley's Furniture. We are very happy with our purchase!! So glad I checked with Amazon when I got home!! One thing we did pay extra for was for Amazon to deliver our recliner into our living room. That was an additional $19.99, well worth it, otherwise they would have left it near our garage. Still our savings was $598.88 and we love ❤️ our electric reclining chair!! Thank you Amazon!!! ... show more
