As others have noted, the switch--which worked at first--soon loses its 3-way capability. Specifies a Type A bulb--when everyone's now using LED-type bulbs (is that the problem?). Otherwise, an attractive, stylish, sturdy lamp and shade.

Good quality but like some of the reviews, the actual coloring IS different - grey and off white with no black coloring in the base. Bought two for bedroom but coloring doesn’t work. Will keep one for living room and return second one.
