The love-seat is well built, very sturdy. I love the fact that you can flip the seating which is very thick so it is comfortable. Wish I had the room for the full size matching sofa, it would make a extra bedding if needed. I was a little-bit worried about if it would match my recliner but the pillows really brings everything together. I love the pillows, the printed side matches my recliner and the other side is the same color and material as of the love-seat. They are very big and heavy. Well worth the money for this piece of furniture. The company who delivered the sofa was very polite and kept in contact with me as the delivery date had to be rescheduled. They discounted the delivery set-up fee, (which I had requested,, I"m getting to old and I'm on the 11th floor), They quickly had it unpacked ,only had to add the 4 round feet and removed all the packing material. It's not to high up off the floor so I can fit my vacuum part way under it. I'm just glad it's a seating which is easier to get up off of. *S* ... show more

I am pleased with my new loveseat! It’s beautiful and comfortable and fits nicely in my living room. The delivery persons were very nice and helpful and brought the loveseat in and placed where I wanted it to go. My only small issue is that one of the legs has a noticeable scratch on the back. I’ll either see if I can replace it or try and cover it. None the less it’s a small issue. I also feel it is a bit pricey but after looking for a while I still wanted this loveseat and sofa, which will come soon. It also came with beautiful reversible pillows so you don’t have to try and find some pillows for the chairs, I like that a lot! I’d give this a 4.5 only because of the scratch, since there are no 1/2 stars, I feel overall it’s a 5. Update! I am pleased that I received a replacement foot for the scratched foot! The delivery people almost caused another problem though... I told the deliver persons that my issue was only one scratched foot, however, they replayed the entire loveseat. The replacement loveseat was package up and I asked if they would remove the packaging, I was told yes but go ahead and sign for it. I signed and he said thank you and left out the house. I had to chase him down to the truck and ask again, aren’t you going to remove the packaging? He said you have deliver over threshold only. I told him I haven’t had a chance to inspect anything yet. He said ok they will help me this time. They came back in and opened the packaging and the “new” loveseat was badly damaged. It had several rips on top of it. I told them to take it back, and, my loveseat was fine, it only needed one foot replaced. They took that one and brought my original back in and replaced the foot. Maybe it was a miscommunication and they didn’t realize they were to just bring in the foot pieces, I don’t know, but it was a lot of unnecessary time and work for them. Love the look! Seems sturdy and well made. No issues with any tears or marks. It’s comfortable to sit on and perfect height. Great piece of furniture imo. Also wanted to add, free deluxe delivery and set up. Excellent delivery experience. It was set up in the room I wanted and all materials removed. Delivery persons were wonderful! Decided after having the loveseat for two days to go ahead and purchase the sofa. Expect that piece this Saturday. Update: the sofa arrived with a rip in the dust cover on the bottom and a possible broken board so they took it back with them and scheduled a new sofa delivery. Got it the next weekend and it’s in perfect condition. Delivery guys were great, did a fantastic job! ... show more

GORGEOUS! My 2nd time ordering the sofa and loveseat- arrived damaged the first time but they are PERFECT now. Different seller? Definitely different freight company. Delivery guys were awesome and texted updates so I could be here at an EXACT time, no waiting. The fabric is a amazing faux-leather that is soft, almost like suede. I didn't think I would like the pillows but I actually do. Nice hardwood feet. Highly recommend - a company called American Furniture was the delivery company this time and did a MUCH better handling job. They removed all packaging and put the legs on and took the packaging material with them This set is exactly HALF the price of the Ashley Furniture website. And arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. I am beyond thrilled with a high quality-looking set for only $900. These are Big! Not tiny apartment furniture. ... show more

This isn't a thousand dollar couch and I didn't expect it to be. That said, I love the comfort, color and soft material of this couch. I'm 5'5" and when I sit on the couch the end of the cushion comes right behind my knee. I had seen this couch at Ashley so I knew what to expect but felt the pics online were a tad darker. I added a pic with other browns to give you an idea. I wasn't impressed with the throw pillows. They were very heavy and pretty flat for their size. I did not like that it came off the truck damaged. The couch is wrapped with a thin sheet of foam and then plastic over that with a thin piece of cardboard on the very bottom. It is surprising more damage didn't occur. The hole on the back, dent in the frame of the wood behind it and dings all over the legs were a dissapointment. I didn't want to wait for a replacement to be delivered (we were couchless!) so I opted to take a discount from Amazon. Tip: buy pads for the bottom of legs if you have hardwood floors and your rug won't be underneath. I included pics for size reasons. ... show more

    • Better than expected
The loveseat so far has been better than expected. I did not know what to think with buying a couch off of Amazon but this particular purchase was on multiple sites & is super comfortable!! It is new so I’m unsure about the durability but I guess I’ll find out when more clients come in 🙂
