Update - I called Ashley customer service for replacement seats but the rep kept telling me to contact Amazon.. Amazon referenced to go to Ashley customer service. Took matters into my own hands and found Ashley parts site, input me serial numbers and they sent new replacement seats which I reinstalled. The chairs look great now. I just wish customer service had helped me with the parts instead of giving me the run around! Order 4 total. Two of the seats have a very bad jagged pattern and looks very ugly. In the last picture, this is the wood grain I would expect. Thinking about returning. Every time we look at it it’s very obvious it’s a defect. On top of that Amazon says contact Ashley for replacement parts and Ashley customer service tells me to talk to Amazon. So frustrating. ... show more
