Easy to assemble. This was the first time I put together something like this by myself, there were clear instructions so it was pretty simple to follow. My chairs are a tiny but shaky so that's why I gave a 4/5 star review but it doesn't bother me so much - it doesn't shake every single time I'm sitting. I took a chance on these. They had a modern look to them that I thought could work. I was slightly uncertain about getting an Amazon return package that had been repackaged but I went for it (saved me $70). I was also a little unsure how comfortable these would be on my back and hip (I’m trapped in an old lady’s body at 40). In the midst of a move and serious back pain, I assembled one and thought no way is this going to work. This can’t be comfortable. To my pleasant surprise they are. They’re by far more comfortable than they appear to be and I’m happy I took a chance on them. They were super easy to assemble (10 minutes or less for both) despite not having any instructions in the box. I’d recommend these to anyone looking for a stylish yet comfortable bar stool (disclaimer: I only gave 4 stars on comfort because of my own personal comfort level. They’d be a full 5 stars if they had just a tad more padding) ... show more
