Nice chairs for the money

Overall, I feel like the chairs are worth what I paid. After putting together, one of the chairs is not quite level and a little wobbly. I tried disassembling and putting together again, but, still not level. However, it’s a minor flaw I can live with.

Ordered 2 sets. Very nice chairs, good color, blends well with my other furniture and decor. Seats are a bit hard but will probably soften with use. However, all 4 chairs wobble. he manufacturer would correct the problem. Also, the leg bottoms are wood. Very noisy on tile floors. The manufacturer needs to add leveling gliders to this chair.

Sturdy feel, but both chairs came with a 1.5” chip

My wife and eye are average female and male heights and the back rest is very comfortable to both of us. The cushion is firm, but comfortable. Both chairs came with a chip which was disappointing and apparently a common issue with this seller.

Great value! Chairs are pretty sturdy and somewhat heavy. Look great in our kitchen. Bought felt stickers for the bottoms and that helped even them out on the tile floor

The materials aren't the best quality, but they are a comfortable chair. Assembly was moderate, not too difficult and not requiring any special tools. All the nuts and bolts were in a nice package, although the directions did not clearly identify each part.

Mostly good - a bit of advice

This is my second round of Ashley chairs. Their dining chairs were excellent and easy to assemble so I was thrilled to find this style for my counter height bar. The first set of boxes sadly came from Amazon having already been returned. Well, they were returned for a reason and I returned them as we
ll. Very inconvenient to lug them around and it should have NEVER happened. However, the second set of boxes came with no damage or issues. Assembled easily except for one minor issue. There is a wood screw used to set in the foot rails. This should have been piloted as the wood is dry and dense. They show a hand screw driver as the tool you'll need and let me assure you - you will never get is screwed in that way. Consider piloting a hole (with a wood stop so you don't drill too far). Then I suggest a fat phillips head with a long neck. The collared magnetic bits wouldn't drive far enough in to get a tight joint. But I bought the right long bit and everything went great. I would have saved at least an hour if I"d piloted though. These will easily stand the test of time.

These chairs were everything I wanted. I ordered one set, it showed up, I put them together and one was uneven and wobbly. I was dissatisfied, so I called Amazon to find out what I could do. I had to disassemble both chairs, pack them back up, and have ups pick up the box to return. They sent me a re
placement. After putting those two chairs together, one is STILL wobbly. I will say, not as bad as the first set, but still enough to be noticeable. My husband will be able to shave down the leg that is too long, but he shouldn’t HAVE to!! I’ve contacted Ashley Furniture and they have nothing to say because I got them from Amazon. Amazon only offers replacements. I feel like that would be my full time job, putting these stools together and taking them back apart, until I found two level chairs. The chairs are beautiful, sturdy, just not level, without tweaking them.
