The media could not be loaded. I cannot seem to find anything I do not like about this chair. I purchased it for my husband‘s birthday. He is about 6’-1” and weighs about 250. The chair fits him like a glove and feels like one too. The fact that the Bluetooth speakers, when synced with his phone, have an awesome sound, is icing on the cake. You can turn it as loud as you want or as low as you want; you can fast forward and rewind from one song to another. It is just heaven I did notice that it was a little difficult to find how to operate the speakers and sync it into your phone but after about 30 minutes of downloading different programs, I found that, with the Amazon music program and Bluetooth on the phone, It’s a piece of cake. He can also sync our television that has Bluetooth capabilities to the speakers in his chair, which, when he doesn’t have his music program on, he can watch TV with sound through the Bluetooth speakers as well . The motor and leather reclines quietly. I saw one other review that suggested that the leather was very loud when it reclined. Apparently they have that worked out because it reclines quietly and smoothly. It’s like running water going back. He loves the fact that the neck and the back are precisely adjustable with lumbar support built-in. The cupholders, which he probably won’t ever use, are hidden in the front below the arm rest. I appreciate that they are not on top of the leather and therefore not unsightly. If they’re not being used you just hide them in the armrest. The phone charger is great! iPad, Kindle and laptop storage in the armrests keep the clutter hidden. Because it was heavy and awkward, I opted for full service, unpacking and set up delivery which adds about $89 to the cost. Believe me, it was $ well spent. It took 2 men to bring it in, unpack and set it up in about 20-30 minutes. They hauled off the huge box and packing materials. The medium grey color is beautiful and should be easy to keep clean. This chair is pure luxury. If we have any future issues with the mechanical aspect or quality, I will come back and edit my review. In my opinion this is a 5 star product and I don’t give them lightly. I’d give it higher if it was an option. ... show more

    • Excellent Chair
My wife and I downsized our home few months back and so I had to give up my full size media room with its huge sound system great big overstuffed theater seating and monster screen. Instead I am putting together a room for first rate TV watching for two. The second biggest expense here after the LG OLED was always going to be the two recliners. I did not want to buy online as I have been down that road and found returning large items to be a real pain. I bought these after checking one out at Ashley Furniture. These are quality chairs. Not a whole lot of bells and whistles other than the phone charger and built in speakers (what are they for anyway?) but very well made and in my opinion, ergonomically excellent. The color is a nice soft grey and seems to take on the colors around it. The workmanship seems first rate. If you are looking for huge soft overstuffed chairs these are not for you. They are firm and very supportive. The reclining mechanism seems to be excellent and dead quiet. I am quite pleased. If somebody figures out how to use the speakers as the rear speakers with a sound bar let me know please:) ... show more

    • Cushions are a little firm for me
I really like the chair and it is fairly comfortable. I would have preferred that the seat cushions were a bit softer. As your butt slides forward when you recline, it hits the forward seam of the cushion. You can watch a movie, but this chair would be difficult to spend hours in. I'm hoping that the cushions will soften over time and the chair will become more comfortable. The recline and headrest functions work well and it's easy to find a good position that is comfortable. I don't care for the speakers much. They sound OK, but I would rather use headphones for music or audio books. I see no point in using the Bluetooth to hook up to the TV. The TV has better speakers. I'm might just unplug the amp and not worry about accidentally activating the speakers every now and then. The charging function works OK but is slow compared to a wall charger. I have really never cared for wireless charging as I don't think heating the phone up is good for it. I would recommend the chair. Especially if it is for occasional use watching a movie now and then or reading before you go to bed. This isn't the chair for you if your recovering from a leg injury and are planing on spending large amounts of time in the chair. ... show more

Pros: deepest, widest side console storage of any unit I've seen; wireless phone charger; USB charger; dual fold-out cupholders in perfect no-spill reach with removable stainless steel trays for easy cleaning; built in Bluetooth speakers with subwoofer and auxiliary input; one touch Bluetooth panel on the left, recline and phone charging panel on the right; fantastic ergos and power headrest adjustments. Sitting in my new chair feels like Captain Kurk commanding the Enterprise. Everything is withing arms reach, and the storage is immense; I keep my 12.9" Ipad Pro, full-size keyboard, and several remotes in one side, while in the other I have a thin blanket, miscellaneous items, and a charging port with all the cables for charging my many devices. It is comfortable, and the fully extended position is pert near horizontal. The head tilt is just right for me, as is the position of the footrest. It is so awesome having the controls on the top. I can operate the tilt functions without having to stretch my stubby arms over the arm rest and control the awesome speaker touch sensitive pad. They sound very good, and now we have surround sound!
