2/27/23 This is update to my review a month ago! Ive added photos. Still waiting for help from Ashley. I had to file a claim?? Amazon will not help at all. So frustrating to be left with a sofa falling apart after 5 months!! I really loved this sofa when it arrived. Its comfortable, good size and love the high back. My issue is that after purchasing for $760 just less than 6 months ago, the fabric is not holding up. We are gently users but after sitting there is a wavy, rippley to the fabric that does not go back. In addition, both arms have zippers on the under side that hold the fluff on the arms in. The left arm zipper now has an issue of coming off the track and the fluff coming out. Its most difficult to get back on track and then just reoccurs. They are vinyl zippers which I'm finding no one wants to repair or replace. I have contacted Amazon with the situation but little help so far. I feel with the short time I've had this sofa and the cost of $760 I should be at least offered some compensation or replacement. I'll continue to wait another few days to see what happens but will certainly not make a furniture purchase like this again from Amazon. ... show more

Sofa arrived, however the item was ordered with delivery and set up in room of my choice. The delivery team had zero training and were going to leave with the sofa on the floor with no legs. After a difficult time getting a hold of any from customer service. The located the legs. The team had no idea how to install legs and no instructions!! They put the legs on without measuring and they are not evenly spaced. Sofa had no pre-drilled holes for the 8 screws! They did not measure nor pre drill holes! Very poor! ... show more

I've had the loveseat for a year and nobody has really sat in it until Christmas of 2022. When my guest left I noticed that the fabric on the one cushion had a lot of waves in it .they do not come out no matter what I do. Does not look very nice anymore. I'm very disappointed and that is why I only gave it three stars. The fabric does not hold its shape very well. ... show more

I was very hesitant to buy a sofa through Amazon. I saw several reviews about damage and terrible delivery, but I'm glad I went through it! Scheduling was super easy and when I had to change it, it was easy to change. They kept me updated and Since my living room was right by my front door, even though I had optioned for the entry room delivery, they set up the couch and removed all the packaging in the place I wanted it. They were very nice and made sure I inspected the couch! If I need a couch again, I would definitely consider this again. ... show more

I judge a couch on a few categories; overall comfort, durability, and nap worthiness. In every respect this sofa passed with flying colors. It is great to sit on, lounge on, and also to sleep on. I am so glad I went with this purchase after owning the same couch for the past 10 years or so.

First I will start off by saying I ordered two couches from amazon. I'm going to start off with what was great about these couches. The couch honestly feels amazing and looks great. Now the bad stuff: my product was shipped through NSD and upon reaching my city, one couch was listed as being damaged so it would not be delivered. The other couch was eventually delivered but was utterly damaged and not repairable. I have put pictures of the damaged back and the bottom of the couch that was completely exposed because the fabric bit came undone from the staples. That part would have been easily fixable, but the back of the couch, not at all. I paid 652 for one couch (and I bought two so double the price) and that is what I got. And I did contact Amazon about getting the item picked back up, and essentially they said they would not pick it up, but that I could as they put it dispose of it, keep it, or donate it. They were able to give me my money back, but overall my experience is awful. I still have to dispose of the broken couch I have sitting on my porch. Now if you were to find this couch local, I would totally, 100% recommend this couch. Just not shipped by nsd. If they hadn't been broken, these couches would have been amazing and they would have been great to have in my house. ... show more

The couch is a good value for the price. Arrived clean and perfectly intact. Color matches description. The feet are plastic and require drilling into base. Amazon Delivery Service for the couch: sent two very very young adults. Parked two blocks down and pushed the couch via hand cart thru community to house. Couldn't get couch in front door. I dismissed them both, and completed the delivery themselves. Seems like a lot more training or an experienced adult may be required. All in all, the product was great, delivery not so much (but it did get to my community quickly). ... show more
