The media could not be loaded. I bought several one-cup coffee makers and had to return because they would not work under my kitchen cabinets. They all required an open space above to completely lift the lid to insert the coffee, and my small kitchen has none. I wish the TOTAL height was included in the descriptions. I am sure there would be a lot less returns if there were! So, by process of elimination, I found this gem... and I'm very happy with the coffee it makes. The only criticism I have is the instructions were difficult to follow. But I figured that out, too. There is no Off/On switch - it is always on by being plugged in. And there is no Start button... brewing starts by hitting the type of brew button (strong or regular). Also, it is very fast! Overall...good product!

I use this in the office. This thing is great for your morning coffee and afternoon ice tea. This machine is straightforward. I like that you can choose from 6,8,10 and 12 oz. cups. The water reservoir Is big enough that I can use all day. I use the 8oz. setting. A couple cups of coffee and a couple of iced 12oz. cups of tea setting on 8oz. It fills the cup. What more can I say about this. Other then I fill the reservoir up at the end of the day. The next morning put my coffee cup and my favorite pod in the machine. In a few seconds later, got a fresh cup of coffee.

Took Kuerig back to the store as it kept overheating and bought this coffee/tea maker and it was over half the price of the Kuerig and never overheats, I take it to the hotels and it looks like it is part of the hotel room, LOL, works everytime, small footprint and oh so mighty!!! Buy this, you won't be disappointed!

Love the coffee maker. It provides two different baskets. One for Kcups and another for you to fill your own coffee. Easy to use and coffee is really good! Glad I chose this brand. Coffee brews quicky with several settings for strong or weak brew and for cup size. Easy to keep countertop clean with this product as well.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve considered getting myself a single serve coffee maker for quite a while now, and finally decided to give it a shot! I would have a cup of coffee every morning, and sometimes another one in the afternoon. My main use for this device was to brew my own coffee with my own coffee beans (not K-cups). This is my honest review about this coffee machine. 1. Machine itself I like how simple its features are. The options on the panel are “Power on/off”, “6oz”, “8oz”, and “10oz” . It will automatically turns off after a while, so you will need to press the button two times, each time, to make your drink. It is also nice that it’s designed to have the power cord stored in the back of the body. It can be easily placed against the wall. The water tank is on back for display. Easy to take in and out. 2. Using ground coffee vs capsule pod First, I tried using with my favorite ground coffee. I found that the coffee it brews is much lighter than what I was hoping for. I usually make by (pour-over) process. Using the same amount of coffee grounds. I guess it’s because there’s no paper filter, and not enough time for proper steaming of a good brew. The water tended to flow through too quickly. Solution, I ordered the paper filters compatible for this type of coffee maker. Its good to use paper filter anyway to remove excess oil (cholesterol) from coffee, and this was fairly successful. However, the coffee is still little diluted for my taste, so I’m just using a little more coffee ground then usual for now. Next, I wanted to try the k-cup coffee and it was no problem. It tasted just like the ones from official keurig coffee maker at my work place. 3. Overall Overall, I for sure love having this single serve coffee maker in my kitchen. I will still enjoy a good (pour-over) coffee when the extra time is permitted in my busy mornings. Thats only happened maybe… twice in these 2 weeks after I got this coffee maker lol I love how I can save time on making my cup of coffee every morning. It just makes sense. I think it’s worth the money. I will try brewing tea leaves next. Those are the three cups they included for brewing. (1. grounded coffee, 2. capsule pods, 3. tea leaves) More to come :)
