Description

The Sierra Comfort Standard 2-Section Electric Lift Massage Table (SC-3001) is our favorite electric lift stationary massage table. The steel frame and 3” of high-density foam offer durability and comfort. The table height is controlled electrically with a foot pedal assist, ranging from 16” to 31”. The backrest is adjusted manually, assisted by a pneumatic gas lift. Face cradle outlets at both ends of the tabletop offer versatility. Included are an adjustable face cradle and face pillow. The SC-3001 is a practical design, offering convenience and reliability.

We bought this adjustable massage table to use with our Platinum LED Red Light Therapy device installed on their horizontal stand. Since we like to use our lights as whole body therapy for 11 minutes on each side, we felt that we would be the most comfortable lying down.     • Great adjustable table
Table works great! Make sure you take the brake off before using cuz I didn't which made the table very noisy while moving. Also had to WD40 the moving parts once but after almost a year of regular use table is so quiet people can't tell when it's moving up or down.

I recently opened my own massage practice and after years of working at a spa with hydraulic table, I knew I wanted one as it makes things a whole lot easier. I chose this one because of the price and the reviews were ok. The price on Amazon is several hundred less.than ordering directly through Sierra Comfort. Plus the free shipping with Prime. It was delivered on time despite saying there was a delay due to weather. The delivery guy took the box into the room I wanted even though it was supposed to be inside the door only (the box was really muddy though and I had to scrub the carpet afterwards...). We got it out of the box and set up, plugged in and it wouldn't move. I was so upset and contacted Sierra Comfort. There is only an email address for customer support, which made me a little concerned. As I was waiting for a response, I tried the table again and it worked. Apparently it has to initially be plugged in for about 30 minutes in order to charge the foot control. This wasnt mentioned in anything I read about this table, nor was it in the instructions. I feel like this would have been helpful information!! Sierra Comfort did respond to my email the same day, so that is encouraging as far as the warranty is concerned. Overall, the table is good for the price. The face cradle is terrible, but I expected that from other reviews. The table is sturdy and quiet and not nearly as uncomfortable as I expected. I put extra padding on it and it is fine. Overall I do recommend this table! UPDATE (7/11/2020) The table stopped working after only about a month of use. I contacted the company and they sent me replacement parts for free. The customer service was excellent!!! (The foot pedal needed to be replaced) ... show more

    • Works well but not comfy
The shipping and delivery process for this was a nightmare. Once it was set up, it worked right away and was quiet. It’s not very comfortable, but a memory foam pad will help with that.

I have been a LMT for 17 years. This table is giving more years to my career! I love it. It adjusts quietly and smoothly. It's stable and comfortable. For the price point this is a WINNER. Delivered quick and easy to set up. Cost less than some are selling used on sites, plus has a decent warranty.

    • hand rest issue
I like the overall table very much. Does exactly as it should. However, odd as it may seem, the straps that hold the arm support to the headpiece rods are too short. I cannot make them any longer and I cant shorten the front single strap any more. They must have made an error sewing this one. I tried to contact their website from the amazon site, but the link fails to go anywhere. ... show more
