This guy started out pretty tight, which is a nice place to start. The crank has loosened up a little, but is still tight enough that my clients mostly won't adjust it themselves. If that is your preference, this is a bonus. If it's not, well, maybe in 6 months it will be a little looser.

The media could not be loaded. I had to replace my face cradle after eight years of use. New face cradle is very sturdy, exact fit. My massage table is from Sierra Comfort. Zero complaints, thank you Sierra.

I purchased this in March 2024. I started using it in May. I have used it less than 20 times, and it has already begun to malfunction depending on who is on my massage table; the face cradle falls down or makes clicking noises and falls down notch by notch throughout the service. Humiliating. there is no support or contact info for the seller at all. Not a quality product and not for professionals. I don't see any warranty info anywhere, It's my fault for not looking for that before I purchased. My last face cradle lasted my over 10 years. ... show more

Researching face cradles made me nervous. It seems like anything under $60 has terrible reviews. I searched the ends of the interweb and decided to take a gamble on this one. I am happy to report that its pretty solid and i am confident that it will last a while. It fits my earthlite perfectly. Only 4 stars because the lever is stiff. I bought this after one of my clients broke my previous face cradle, by leaning on it with his full body weight! This face cradle was a definite upgrade! Fits my Sierra Comfort table perfectly, lightweight, and very strong. It adjusts easily and holds firm. Definitely reccomend!
