Consider this is all particle board and not solid wood it's not a bad deal. The idea behind the lights is very good but they aren't nearly as nice as I would like them to be. That's my biggest trouble with it, as the ligths aren't quite as nice as I was hoping. With the coupon this is a very good value. It really does look nice. the color I got matches very closely to the pictures and the description. The storage capacity is very good and again meets the description and as shown in the pictures. It was fairly easy to assemble. The instructions were a little tough to follow but everything lined up and wasn't missing any hardware.

Love the design! Absolutely stunning, took a while to put it together but it’s worth it. It can hold a lot of stuffs. I am planning to use the top of the sideboard for my matcha station. Definitely worth the money.

First, I’m no novice at flat pack furniture. Over the years either for myself or various jobs I have assembled well over a hundred pieces. My usual review includes things like “don’t use a power driver or drill” and “yes it came with tools but you will have an easier time with your own”. Ok now on to this particular item. I got this thinking a somewhat mid-century sideboard would be the perfect way to display some of my lava lamps. The finished product looks great, and I wish I had the one with a light strip to accent what’s inside, but that’s a simple enough addition. Assembled it is minimalist with frosted/fluted glass doors and it really does look good with the laps. It arrived, I unpacked it, realized I couldn’t really build it in the living room as there were two hallway turns that I don’t even think Ross could have pivoted through, and took it back to the room where I wanted it to build. The instructions, while straightforward, were created after another team member or computer numbered the parts. For customer ease, one usually expects to need part 1 before part 6. But…step one is parts 3 and 6, followed by 2 and 4. So don’t organize your panels by number because you will be sad. Now here is where this loses all the stars. There are 32 cam lock connections and a total of 6 dowel connections. Cam locks are great for snuffing bits together without external screws, dowel provide a structural rigidity for those cam locks. There are zero on the chassis (the four parts mentioned above). This means there is less structure than preferred until you get the top and bottom planes on and that happens after you have flipped the chassis a couple times. The cam lock pre-drilled holes are all slightly too large so only the very edge of the screw is biting into the very cheap particle board. By the time I got to the first flip it over, all 4 Cam lock screws pulled out with chunks of particle board. A dowel between them would have lent structural strength, especially with a little wood glue. So…I filled the predrilled holes with wood putty, let it dry, and redrulled with smaller holes. The back panels did not seat flush enough that I could get the top and bottom planes together. This appears to be because the channel they fit in wasn’t completely cut and debris/particle board was wedged in. I dug some out as by this time it was apparent the step where you put the triangular wedges in the race for the back panels was also a structural element. Without the back panels and the wedges, it will wobble side to side a little. If you are keeping track, so far I have gluednin some dowels, filled screw holes with wood putty and red rolled them, and trimmed parts. Not exactly average customer friendly. I am also buying some small 90° brackets to do what could have been done with a few more dowels and provide support for the cam-locks on the side panels. Am I saying don’t get it? No. Am I saying this is not a beginner skill level build? Yes. If you read this far and understood what I said, get this if the style goes your style. It really does look good.

This sideboard cabinet looks fantastic once assembled. The mid century modern design gives it a clean and stylish appearance, and the black finish makes it look sleek and high end. It works perfectly as a buffet table, coffee bar, or extra storage piece in a dining room or living space. I also installed an LED channel with defuser on the top and wired it up to a Shelly RGBW Controller to hook up to my Home Assistant to control the LED strip via automations and motion sensors in the kitchen. Turned out super nice and placed it in my dining room off the side of my kitchen. The 55 inch width provides plenty of surface space for decor, serving trays, or a coffee setup. The four doors open to a roomy interior with lots of storage for dishes, glassware, or household items. It helps keep everything organized and clutter free. The wood construction feels solid and sturdy once put together. Assembly takes some time, but the instructions are clear and manageable. Once assembled, it feels stable and well balanced. For the price, the quality and design are impressive. If you’re looking for a stylish storage cabinet that adds both function and personality to your space, this one is definitely worth it.
