The item is as advertised. It was simple to put together and looks nice. Quality is fine. It looks nice. Two problems: (a) the bar that supports your front legs is metal and can make sitting on it for more than a few minutes uncomfortable (at least for me, but didn't bother me enough to return it); and (b) I ordered a second set to complete the look and it came missing parts. Hoping that the return will go smoothly and my next order comes complete.

Like the Goldilocks story, these Sidanli swivel chairs were just right: exactly what I was seeking: they are modern, sleek, comfortable and sturdy! I had looked at numerous other models but they were all missing something--and then I found these! Easy to assemble and they look sleek and beautiful in my Pacific condo. While some chairs were stiff and uncomfortable, these chairs are very comfortable--not just for dining at the counter, but for seating at all times. Customer service was extremely responsive and helpful when I had an inquiry--the best responsiveness from any vendor I've ever encountered on Amazon. I LOVE the sleekness of the chairs and give these a very enthusiastic ALL STARS up! Already, my guests have commented on the chairs...and just might not want to leave these new comfort zones...! Good quality thick vinyl like high quality thick leather. Height adjustment never worked. Two yellowish spots bled through the white vinyl at the upper corners of the back. It did not scrub off, as it was adhesive from beneath.
